horusphoenixWell played Mark and congratulations making it to BKMP Final! I just watched the deciding round against Spice. He definitely wasn't at the races in that 3rd round but you carried on chipping away and doing what needed to be done! It was a superb match over the three matches and you were definitely the deserved winner! I'm sure he's got your card marked for some revenge in a rematch if it ever happens! Yeah it certainly wasn't a pretty deciding match between us, was a bit of nerves & tension in that one but luckily got off to a good start and then just tried to hang on for dear life. At least with subtlebees winning his semi final match too, we have a guaranteed xbox winner, so happy times. I'm just hoping for a non-repeat of the last time i reached the final in this Matchplay and i was beaten to a pulp by Materialsation. Nice shooting by the way in BoB this week too mate.👍 |

I got the short glitch and ended up +12. Every perfect swing ended up 15 yards short no matter what the wind was.

Need a ruling here on scoring and whatever is decided here is fine with me. I am so sick of the stupid sh%$ this game does for no reason at all.
We have have all heard of the game crashing here or there after making a putt and when you come back to the game you have to putt the ball again from the same spot. Tonight was a new one for me. On the 18th hole I hit driver into the fairway, the 3 wood to just off the green, and chipped up for a putt that was basically a 1ft putt. I reload the game and the ball is not in the same spot I putted from before (like every other time I have seen this personally) but rather sitting on the lip of the cup. I figure...okay....and tap it in and its a wash. Leaderboard comes up after advancing and it says -4. All is good. I go and look at the event stats on it has be down for 8 birds, 7 pars, 1 bogey, and two doubles. That math doesn't equate to -4. I go back and look at the scorecard and the game has me down for par on the 18th hole. I knew the 18th hole was my 9th birdie because I had birds on 12-17 and was counting them before I teed off on 18.
Now....had to redo putts after crashes 3 times since this crap started. Twice I think I made the redo and once I missed the redo. Is what it is. For these scenarios if you get hosed on instances like this it sucks and you live with it but this game has never put up an incorrect score count on the card for this bug till now. This is the first time I personally have ran across this.
So, do we want to go with the honor system and if the score is incorrect you get credit for the actual result and do we just go with whatever the game provides us as a final score. I just don't want to open up pandora's box where everyone is claiming incorrect scores but I also do not want to have something like this become a epidemic. Are these crashes and re-putts now going to count as a extra stroke you never took? I don't know.

I am on the side that if this happens then you should get what you had made before having to redo it if you missed. It is not your fault the game crashed and you had to redo your putt. So if you made it you should have it counted towards your score. |

I know it is really unfair when you make a shot and it crashes then you miss when you retake the shot, but I've also had this happen where I've missed then holed out after the crash. I think it's just luck of the draw personally and we should all just have to deal with 2K's bullshit. I know we all want to win and/or just do as well as we can but it is only video golf after all? Ultimately I'm happy with whatever is decided 🤙🏻 I'm definitely intrigued to hear what anyone else's opinion is on this subject. |

Or just record clip as soon as it's crashed? I'd assume it would still record the game clip? You need to be in game to do a clip. So you need to clip every shot of round. Lol, who the heck would do that! But really, if it happens to me I'll just shrug it off and move on. Now if this would happen to someone that is contending on tours, bummer. They will only take the final scorecard. |
