berty44 had let me know that he will be gone for a week or two during this season. In that case you can pick up a sub as long as they have a handicap for those weeks so you do not take a auto-loss. This goes for any other team out there. If you know in advance you will be on a vacation or something along those lines just let me know and we can work something out. Maybe digsb can be a dedicated sub. Question is....do you get good Digs, or STB Digs.

Congrats to each of the season 8 division champions:Alpha - chalkey84 Bravo - BENNY6676 Charlie - chinatown237 Delta - zzfr33b1rdzzSome impressive scoring in the final event this season. It appears that in singles the top two division winners were no surprise. In Charlie @chinatown took the title with a 19 stroke differential over Nicholas254 and in Delta zzfr33b1rdzz beat thetaffman by 2 strokes to take the crown. In the teams finals the 6th seed BENNY6676 and ARH Semsi put the hammer down and won as the underdog. In doing so this team also leapfrogged Smijti and justjordannnnn and ended up in the top division of teams play. This would equate to a more difficult schedule so will shall see if they can repeat and team champions. The first week of season 10 will kick off at Sheeps Hill - Newfoundland by arcticfury . It seems we have started the past few seasons with an AF course which you can never go wrong with doing so. Its going to be pretty straight forward out of the gate this week and we'll see what happens before I toss out the curveball. Starting handicaps will be based on the 15 weeks from this last season + this new season as the weeks go by. Teams this season will consist of 18 pairings. I think roughly twelve teams remained the same for this season and there are six new pairs for season 10. I have given everyone ample time to advise me if they wanted in or out. If you didn't get back to me and yet missed several weeks I went ahead and removed you for now. Regular season will be 10 weeks with first two and last 3 weeks within division. Middle five weeks are non-division. Mind you the divisions really do not mean anything outside of my putting 6 teams together ranked by handicap. Top 14 teams auto-qualify for knockouts. The #1 seed is the team regardless of division with the best record. The #2 seed is the team with second best record and so on. Bottom four regardless of division must play in week 11 to make the 16 team field. The two winners will be the #15 and #16 seeds and paired up against the #1 ad #2 seed. The worst record between these two winning team becomes the #16 seed and plays the #1 seed. The other winner will become the #15 seed and play the #2 seed. The rest of the field will be #3 vs 14, #4 vs 13 and so on.
