I shot +6 this week, there were many known outcome failures on this course. I expect when I take a shot that the shot will act the exact same way as it has in the past. I hit a 5W on a par 3 with the green 15 feet below and the normal distance for a 5W. The shot DID NOT MAKE THE GREEN WITH A PERFECT SWING AND MINIMAL WIND. This is WRONG and NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM THE GAME. I call this a "bad show" and blame it on the game.
Some holes were not reachable in regulation on this course without skill boosted clubs and were under parred.
