Found out the hard way today that I can't play 2 golf games at the same time. Not even the Wolverine could save me. Unfortunately this may be my new normal while I'm playing EA. Apologies to Miguel migbgolf I couldn't give you more of a match in this final Round. I played two rounds in a row on EA then played 2K and absolutely sh%$ the bed so I can imagine what you were like Ross 😂😬 |

Ross I use my original series x controller for the EA game then restart the series x and use my Razer Wolverine for 2K23 I always hit the practice fairway first or play a warmup round on one of my courses to get the fasts out of the way. For some reason after I’ve played EA’s game when I go to 2K I get grey fasts. |

I am loving this wolverine controller. I just shot my best round in this game on tgct. I just shot a -16. 1 Eagle, 3 pars, and the rest were birdies. -24 total through 2 rounds in ccc.

I moved 142 spots on WGR with 2nd place CC-B finish last week. Also, earned a fast track promotion to A. Aside from tons of crashes the last week I am enjoying being competitive again.

As some of you may have heard my family had to put our beloved "Buddy" down this past Friday. Last week was difficult and it was harder as Friday approached. I played my final round of tours Friday morning and I have to admit I really wanted that win. I managed to do enough to secure the victory as I found out on Sunday with him by my side, as usual. That one was for him...as dumb as that sounds. The hardest part is over and it will take some time for the new normal to kick in. Hadn't played any golf since Friday and it was evident in my play today to finish up BoB. For myself personally I think I ended up crapping the bed in the championship needing only 4 strokes for the win. Head just was not in it. I got up to -22 and then started a bogey-fest on the back nine and never recovered. I am sure the double points for the win by liebs44 will overtake first place. The ace will be just a gut punch. The surge in Wolverines has certainly raised the bar for everyone and brought a lot of people back into the fold both here and on tours. Good players are now really good again. Weaker players are also finding some pleasant rounds these days as well. I love it. We seem to be having to some great weeks lately, myself included. I am slowly getting my head back into some normalcy and one motivation is getting this new season kicked off. Back about 10 pages ago I mentioned some of what was going on. Individual play will be the same. People will be shuffled up or down based on finish this season. Those who joined during the season will be placed based on scoring average you have accumulated thus far. This remains the same. Based on your current handicap over the last 15 weeks and what some of you have been doing in other places (Tours for example), the divisions as they are listed below make the most sense to me. It ain't perfect but this is what I feel makes the most compelling races. Just looked at the leaderboard for tgct in my division in ccc and I am in first place through 2 rounds ( as of this posting ). Hopefully my remaining 2 rounds will be just as good and I can move up to ccb.
