Still trying to get familiar with my Razer and get it under control. I just gotta keep grinding with it I guess. l've been calibrating a few times and trying to find that sweet swing. The putting felt a bit better to me now after alot of rounds these last 2 days and swing path is improved. I am definitely not getting the numbers I want as much and as fast as you all but I can tell a difference in getting less slows and fasts which is keeping my ball in play alot more. Anyway I created a society called "The Tribe Of Xbox" its TGCT rules and no funny balls. Public to join Just for us xboxers to play and compete with or join to play a couple practice rounds. It's gonna be a rotation 2-4 days 2 rounds. There is a 1 round up now and a 2 rounder up soon. I am done coaching so time my spare time will be coming back to PG2K23 and getting comfortable with this controller. Shoutout to Giz for shooting well in CC-H this week as well. Looks like I will be missing the cut for the first time in a long time in CC-H. What I remember someone saying is that they couldn't hit a VF if they tried - so I have been keeping that in mind and swinging quite fast with the new controller - I get a few perfects, but mostly on the F edge of perfect or the S edge of perfect - which to me is perfect since I've been getting so many VS/VF round killers on the old controller for way too long.. Keep at it, you'll get there! It's nice to actually be able to put the shot exactly where I set up for it. LOL

Yeah I feel like I HAVE to swing alot faster on the downswing than I am used to. I catch myself trying to use the same swing tempo I had with my old controller from time to time and it hurts me bad with a very slow. It's easily preventative on this controller though, it's just my brain being a creature of habit. 2 things I had the most trouble with is the putting and swing path. I feel more confident in them now, but gotta get my tempo programmed in my brain.

If you can't beat them, join them. I am now the proud member of the Wolverine V2 team. After waiting what seemed like 5 days having my car worked on, I arrived at home to find a box at my door. New controller by Razer. 1 try at calibration and alas I am locked in. Rd 1 -10. 1 perfect only, and from a greenside bunker. Lots of slight fasts and slight slows which have same flight path to me. I get a straighter line also and felt no difference in putt feel.
Edit: Rd 2 -5 at My Canmore Pass course 17 mph winds and 177 greens. I'll take it. Look forward to my CC B return tomorrow.

It did for me and I have heard a few others say its the same.

So I just picked up a wolverine and I’m hitting nothing but black slows and very slows. I swing out of my shoes like I’m going to break the analog stick and then I just barely get a grey fast. Can’t get a perfect at all. What do I need to do. I’ve updated the software in the razor app on my Xbox and I’ve messed around with the sensitivity thumbstick settings as well. Can’t get any difference in swing timing. I don’t want to re calibrate because I am able to hit perfects on my other controller.

It doesn't matter about perfects with your other controller, after a few days with the Wolverine your other controller will be history anyway,

You may still get slight slows after calibration too, I do, but moving the intent back gets you perfects in that case.

I'd say 10 or so rounds for it to sink in. Also, I joined The Tribe of Xbox run by Chief Banks , odd to see my score a top a leaderboard.

Instant success. Don't hate, calibrate!

Nicholas254 I made the mistake of using the app and playing around with sensitivity and all that. I promise you if you don't use the app at all (delete it) and just calibrate you will see better results. Also, I rarely get a perfect ever. I get mostly Grey slows or Grey fast But it does not change my path as much as my old controller did.

I get mostly Grey slows or Grey fast But it does not change my path as much as my old controller did. It's because they're near as dammit perfect. If you play the Pro swing both those points are perfect. There is a slight flight deviation but it's minimal. I actually play for it, my old 'perfect' is the slight tick slow which works great with a fade, then I've got the slight tick fast for a draw. Outside that BOTH grey misses are still inside where the old grey misses were. My usual miss is on the slow side but I don't get many. And if I do make a bad swing I know 100% it was all me! I've been lucky I think, once I'd calibrated I use the exact swing I've always used so I've hit the ground running. Got to concentrate a bit on the putting but not found it too bad at all. With the ground shots I'm much more accepting of missing my target because I've missed the swing line (which isn't easy) than because I've hit a black slow/fast out of nowhere. This is how it's always been on PS, quite eye opening!
