Seems like a fair assumption yeah. Aside from the really tough courses the higher wind keeps scoring down slightly by introducing that slight unknown and takes the certainty away especially if you couple it with uneven lies and the lie grid disabled. Actually, The last 10 CC tournaments (40 rounds) there have been only 8 rounds with high winds. That being said, 4 of them have been the last two tournaments, so it probably feels that way. there have also been multiple tournaments without any high wind. Sorry yeah maybe I worded that wrong. I meant more that the wind is the primary defence against very low scoring. I haven't played TGC at all in a while until this week so haven't really been keeping up with setups. Anyone who doesn't like those high winds though, a certain longpole has a society you might have heard of that keeps scoring down by not using grids  I'm sure he'd be happy to mention it! Rumour is that killahbeaz132 might make an appearance soon... |

I got this "Wolverine" controller and it does not work at all. I shot +23 on a normal 9 hole course with it.

Just had a chip in bird on hole 1. Game froze. Hope it counted.
Edit: It held up. Since last update gameplay on my end has dropped. Been getting loads of swings dead right even when I try pulling stick to left. Very frustrating.

I got this "Wolverine" controller and it does not work at all. I shot +23 on a normal 9 hole course with it. I didn't realise my daughter had one for her PC so I sneaked it yesterday while she was at work and tried it for 10 mins on the range my god everything was slow and I ended up going as fast as I can and still slow and yeah hard to get a straight line also I'll be to scared to calibrate as I've never done it in this version, gone back to my original stock controller which I turn 90 degrees for my lovely blue line 😆 🤣 |
