I've found that on courses overcrowded with fans the tempo seems worse than ever. I shot 83 in another society on TPC Louisiana today overcrowded with peeps. With zero confidence I backed it up with a 65 in rd1 of Band of Brothers Tourney. Zero patrons. Here's to hoping Band of Brothers stays with empty courses. Stunk it up rd 2. Zero tempo today. Fast slow very slow and an ocassional perfect led to an even rd 2. As bad as I played I'll take it. Amazing HB/2K hasn't fixed the pitch issue yet. I try to avoid them but when you hit fast off tee then fast on appproach your gonna have a pitch. Hilarious at times.

Cheers Dan! You've ruined many a round of mine by posting a target and forcing me to chase it haha!
Well up for a Ryder Cup Giraffe. We had a true sim one on Xbox a while ago and it was great fun!

Demon I've found the Bridgestone lob wedge is a must now with pitching. It's really short (80 yards full, 50 yards pitch) but had tonnes of forgiveness. I still hit the odd duff with it but not as many as before. Definitely helped my scores if not my ego lol

Done...Rd 2 shot +2 for total of +5. Appear to be making progress, stayed away from the big numbers. Again much satisfying with the new tempo, but still some minor kinks, but I believe that I can iron them out. Good course, looking forward to the major next week. Plus I'll be busy with the qualifier so a total of 8 rounds of competition for a change...love it...maybe. I did a a several runs through the calibration last night before playing swing and miss last night and found the tempo to be much better overall. Still not getting near enough perfects on approach shots as I need to be successful. Still sitting around 50% GIR and some of those GIRs are with a red fast swing so I am 30-40ft away for birdie. Had a few pitches / flop shots go 50% distance because of a fast which sucks completely so there goes a few strokes right there. when you do calibration, I just do the driver, are you supposed to do them all ?

Thx for tip. I'll stick with what i've been using. Some days good some bad. Lol. I've also changed. But I grabbed the Calloway. 82 yards Full I was tinkering with lower wedges like this so i could take full swing partials to avoid pitches. Just leaves so many holes with distances. I still do partials with my 96 with decent results but in the end ive kinda just tried avoiding those 50-80yrd windows. Will check out the craig tip tho...

The next several events have been added to the schedule. Some various designers both known and unknown and a variety of new challenges. Week 4 Wounded Warrior Project Invitational Liberty National (West Course) by lanester15 Don't know much about the designer but this course is really good. I am a sucker for real life looking courses. Week 5 Irish War Memorial, Dublin Rossmackowen Golf Links by hallzballz6908 This was part of the WCOD contest and I really enjoyed this track. Really good links course and fits the schedule perfectly. Week 6 Fairways for Freedom Classic Ross Bridge Tour by ACES-R-WILDFor those who have been around awhile you already know Michael Flood. Was kind of a big deal back in the day but disappeared for a bit. It appears he might be making a mini comeback to which we all benefit with some good courses. Week 7 The Vanguard, East Sussex (Major) Sussex Downs by digitalbunny One of my favorite courses from one of my favorite designers. This course is absolutely stunning but pretty much anything he publishes is top notch. Week 8 POW*MIA Open Chiang Mai, Thailand by Heisenberg Burst onto the scene with this rookie design course and looked like a seasoned veteran. I could fill most of the schedule with his courses and I foresee some other tracks of his making the schedule in future seasons. Week 9 Legion of Valor Open Nulla Nulla by Australian Nothing nulla about this course. I have already blown enough smoke up his backside about this course I do not need to go much further. The views on this course and playability are really fantastic. Really underrated designer IMO..... I pretty much know which courses I am going to use in the final two weeks and a few I am wrestling with for week 10. So many good choices out there.

I haven't played much since the update. This game is really hard now. I don't play much, so that is probably part of it.

I dont have you in the current season so you can use this season for practice if you choose to play the events. I think Koop and Chief are possibly playing casually during the current season as well.
