I don't know if anyone else does this but I probably spent 150 hours working on my first course, and I've got several hours invested in my second one, and I still do the same dumb thing in the editor over and over and over. I'm not sure what is wrong with my brain that I can't seem to learn NOT to do this. And it's all my fault. This isn't bad UI/UX. This is on me. Here's what I do. I want to modify the terrain so I tappity tap to get to the brush selection tool. I quickly cycle through the available brushes and then -- without SELECTING the brush first -- I invariably start trying to scale or raise/lower it. This usually takes me to a completely different brush than the one I wanted. It's not a big deal but I probably make this mistake a hundred times every hour. Is it just me? Does anyone else struggle with this?

Yeah... I do that a few times every design session. There are worse mistakes though.

Even more annoying when you hit R1 or L1 on PS to try to raise and lower and it takes you to a completely different page of brushes!

I have never used the raise/lower tool. Dunno why I don't, I.just consciously use the fuzzy brush flatten tool for 99% of my work.

When you say you use the flatten tool though, I'm asssuming you still move the elevation up and down in that tool though, is that right?
