So good man. I loved this course! The details around the course made it so immersive. The houses with pools and fancy decks were a great touch and I spent some time looking at every house wondering which backyard I'd rather spend an afternoon drinking beer and grilling.
Here's what I really appreciate... the course flowed so well and looked fantastic but also felt like a course I would play on a weekend IRL. It reminded me of courses I play in Novi/Northville, MI area with nice subdivisions on the course but also a beautiful natural setting with ponds and tree lines. It was refreshing to play such a clean and authentic feeling course. Great job dude!

Absolutely love this course. I've been playing real golf for almost 40 years now, and not that I don't enjoy the courses with all the eye candy, but it's very refreshing to see a course design that has that feel of a real course. When I design, that is exactly what I'm trying to accomplish. I enjoy these and the real course designs way more than any other designs. I think it's because I've played golf in real life for so long. But anyways, good luck on the contest and great job on nailing a real looking golf course. They are rare to see now days.....  !! |

Echo what the gents above said. It just felt so natural and realistic, like a course you’d play with your buddies on a Saturday morning. Everything just flowed and worked real well (and I shot 65 without it feeling too easy). Really well done!

Dude...  Very clean and polished look here. I really felt like you were able to pull off some solid hole concepts, and really made it feel like a upper tier housing community course. The environment fit what you were going for pretty well, and it really felt like everything you placed was supposed to be there. Well done bro! |

Oh my gawd, there are trees in my way on the 11th. What an abomination.   I joke, of course. Refreshing. A design of consistency and balanced difficulty throughout. My game was a little off so I found myself with a lot of medium length gentle breakers, which I mostly missed. Perhaps we don't need 45 degree angled pins after all? Fine work, sir. |
