Possibly 4 as well. I’m currently putting for birdie on 15 in round 3. Maybe I should focus on the game itself more Didya miss left?

I just played a round on this course for the cow hunter comp, I did find the greens tricky because I don't have the skill yet to consistently hit accurate shots where I want them to land, so a number of them rolled off the edge. Didn't have too much trouble off the tee though, the fairways are generally wide enough to avoid trouble if the swing is a bit off. Ended up at -4 which is probably a reasonable score for my skill level. Could have been better if not for skimming the edge on a few birdie putts though. Not my favourite style of course looks wise (brown rough etc.) but I still enjoyed playing it.

what tour are u even on? Cc what? My opinion is my opinion. U are entitled to yours. I'm going PS4 game play. Not pc. Youre talking to a designer that has designed a good portion of the courses you play. I don’t know what courses are on Platinum and what are on lower but I bet b101 is up there with other designers on courses on that level and know he’s one of the top in TGC tours period. Silly us. We forget that being able to move a stick in a straight line means you have an intimate knowledge of golf course architecture and therefore your word is gospel.

I have played all four rounds and its a great course that the best players will destroy this week. There is a problem with lag around some of the greens and I had to hit a couple of shots fast on purpose because of that. I dont think it hurt my score in the end.

First off no problem with the course whatsoever. Since the new update and 60hz on the ps5 its rekindled my love for golf games. The gameplay is unreal. Its harder than the ps4 thats for sure as the game actually polls shots correctly instead of if your in an area with calibration and putting it will only play a certain way. Putting is a lot trickier as you can get various perfect percentages and if its not bob on it'll just miss under or over even tho % is white. Plus the controller is so much more sensitve than the ds4. Played solid but had soo many putts just miss by a hair as as soon as my rounds upload ill post them on my youtube page. R4 it was on but stupid pars cost me a faultless 51. I really enjoy the feedback i get on ps5 compared to the 4 and concentration is a must ps4 is very much calibrate and bash it and i really lost interest but it really is another level now. Course was ok and plays fair. Much better than the hb dross weve been subjected to a few times this season. Have a good week all and its nice to have the bug again!!!!!!

Just played my rounds. The design is fine, and I thought the greens rolled great on the 178 speed. It is unfortunate about the lag on the back 9 because it is probably due to grass which could be removed without affecting any shot values. the only point I could make about the design is, the carries over the traps off the tee on several holes are just not challenging to top level players, so there isn't really a lot of risk in taking the more aggressive line off the tee. On this tour everyone will just attack with driver and have a lot of 9 iron or less in, which take a lot of the strategy for approach angles out because you can spin those shorter clubs enough even when landing on a downslope, especially with some of the moderate firmness setups we were given. I would probably set this up with very firm conditions if I ever play it on my own because I think it would really bring out some of the approach options to shape shots into the slopes on the green.

I also thought it wasn’t too interesting off the tee. The only decisions were which side of the fairway to end up on depending on the pin position. But it never seemed to require more accuracy or risk for one side or the other. From the fairway in, I really did enjoy the course. I thought a lot of the green complexes were very cool and offered some good penalties for missing your landing spots. The lag was a bummer but obviously not a critique on the designer.

Guess that's a MC with -21, went from playing great to horrible on hole 16 of r1 -13 thru 15 holes, -21 thru 36 (and missed 2 nearly straight <9ft on those first 15 holes)

Hmm 6600yd course with no wind in R1 or R2 getting torn apart - maybe up the difficulty team. Fun, but this is more CC-appropriate. This course needed a lot of wind and VF everything to defend its length.

Fascinating introduction to Platinum. The course was fun too. Golf left a bit to be desired and I'm clearly going to need to lift my game if I'm going to hang around but I look forward to the challenge. GL everyone!
