This course falling to page 7 is criminal, so... digitalbunny Bump Still think this is a very strong contender - planting is great (for Xbox as well!), sculpting can't be beaten and the greens play so well. Great work man! I'm considering taking my designing direction down the wild and quirky route after finishing up my National Treasure stuff (which is anything but), so I guarantee I'll be playing and replaying a lot of your courses in the future!

I just....I just love this course so much. So much quirk, but in all the best ways, which is what you do best.
Best of luck in the competition!

I played this today through the Elite society. This is amazing. Some of the sculpting you did is incredible. Really like the farms in the background.
If I had any say in scheduling I'd get this on every tour annually.

I'm working my way through all the WCOD Courses now that we're done designing them. This one is a super standout. What a wildly quirky, fun, hard(!) golf course. Any time you take on the restriction of not using one type of hazard, let alone no hazards, just letting the land be the challenge, you have to completely nail it. This is a brilliantly routed course that I never would have imagined plays this tough in a 10 mph wind at only 6500ish yards. So good, digitalbunny. So good.

Some downland courses are bunkerless because they get so windy that the sand doesn't stay in the bunkers. Therefore, they have to rely on grass bunkers. That was where the inspiration for going bunkerless came from for this one!

I need more of this type of course in my life, at least a dozen more.

This is really well done. I also live near some of these. Has anyone played Lullingstone Golf Course? Crazy sloping fairways.

It was 35 degrees when we played and I was hacking shots all over the place but it's a fun little public track. Also played Walmer and Kingsdown on the White Cliffs of Dover which is a little more similar to the green style of this course. Great course!

I just wanted to chime in and say this has become one of my favorite courses in the game. The use of ferns as visible grass is a great idea, I am giving that idea a go in one of my courses.

Best finishing hole in the comp too imo. Simple, brilliant. Kukumbia also has a great finisher.

digitalbunny commiserations on losing out in the final 2. I had your course right up there from the start - you've done such a fantastic job with this one, buddy. I wouldn't have any shame in losing out to Strathlorne - for my money, Sussex might be the best bunkerless course created in TGC history. Well done, pal

If you're gonna lose in the finals, it might as well be to Ben. For my money, this was the course of the tournament, it doesn't get a trophy but it sure as sh%$ is gonna get a couple plays a week from now until it becomes a course that doesn't get ported in a future game.
