Woah... I really appreciate the high praise. There's been a ton of great courses coming out lately, I'd have been honored just to be mentioned with that group.

I think just do the lists as you have been doing and then just let people use the thread as above to mention other courses of note. I wonder on the TGC website would they be able to just have a list each month of Tour Worthy courses, no comments just a list. Any course that hits that mark is going to be a good course to play.

There were a couple of pretty good "Approved" courses as well. One of them I will mention because I had a lot of fun playing it. 1) Tyro murum aquarum by MyGolfGameSucks - really interesting little course with lots of bunkers. A big step up from Albus and Cedrus as well. Just a lot of fun to play and the planting was really nice. 2) John Bishop memorial by bigcat023 - honestly not an amazing course and some areas were pretty bare, but a lovely memorial for a community member who passed away recently.

Very tough month to make a top 10, pretty good top 15 Q, not sure how Wincoma doesn't make the top 15, had it in my top 3. Will be on the CC Tour at the end of the month. alejandroacantilado deserves some recognition for creating three tour worthy courses in the month, Wincoma, Sebonac Pines, and Matinecock which are all worth checking out, Long Island inspired courses. New designer to the community with some impressive work already. I thought Black Lava Cove by Sleepypanda7 was very unique idea that was executed well and La Bahia Del Diablo by Palo was another under the radar course I enjoyed a lot. The Salt & Sand Club doesn't belong on the list, released on 3/1, awesome course worth checking out though. Ransom Ranch by whodatmatt34 is very deserving of the top spot, excellent open strategic golf course. Marquesas Bay by prettygreen1 was my favorite course of the month.

Was an interesting task to determine the cutoff time. I actually reviewed salt and sand on Feb 28th as he submitted it before making a forum post lol. abowidow5712 is one of the few people who plays as many courses as I do so I would trust this guy's opinion as well! Sleepy panda changed his name to graemevood and his cairn dun course made the list! Other than that I think you've just pointed out my inherent bias. Ground game just matters too much to me

Interesting task just trying to figure out these lists Q. Everybody has certain things they like more in a golf course. West Coast vs East Coast thing here I think, a lot more courses out that way that promote the ground game. My favorite courses are the old school Golden Age architecture, a lot of elevation change, undulating fairways/greens and I prefer the natural look over the manicured look. I also prefer penal golf over strategic golf to a certain degree. graemevood has created some excellent designs over the last few months that I've gotten to play, add Black Lava Cove to the list. Cairn Dun is an excellent links course, scheduled for the Elite tour in a couple of weeks. And I did get to play every tour worthy course released in February so I do feel like I have a good sense of the overall quality of courses out there which is incredible the amount of excellent courses being released. I've played just about every tour worthy course released since I joined the community back in October last year. I'm sure there are some excellent approved courses out there too, I feel like I myself have designed some pretty good ones, but it's too many courses to play them all and still have time to design my own courses to try and make the list, that's the goal.
