Hello old thread, haven’t posted here in a long time😀. Some important news to share!
1. I have realized that my channel hasn’t had any new content in the last six weeks. I still want to upload but I have been having some screen recording issues on my pc. IF ANYONE HAS KNOWS ANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO RECORD YOUR SCREEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW😀.
2. Course review videos will not continue unless I can improve my PC graphics. I can’t produce a low quality video to someone who has worked so hard on their course. (Sorry!)
3. I am thinking of making some sketching videos for some CC holes so keep an eye out for those!😀.
HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT: I have a new course about to drop, a secret course that I haven’t told anyone about. Something to do with par 3’s…

I use Windows-Alt-R to record my rounds. Not fancy but it’s cheap.

I'm back on YouTube! (Sort of) Got a new series here, all about helping newer designers with things such as sightlines, framing, and basically anything that has to do with giving your course some nice views. I've collected some screenshots of certain holes from certain courses and I plan to analyze these pictures in my videos to show viewers certain things the designers are doing (or not doing.) I am also putting together small presentations to tell viewers how to create sightlines , frame holes, etc. I will also be sharing my own tips and tricks that I have picked up over the last year. If you are interested, feel free to take a look at the introduction video I made explaining what I will be going over in this series. Hope you enjoy! (Note that I am not an expert and I am not trying to be one. I just want to share my tips in hope that it will help newer designers)

I liked your video of you making a golf course in Minecraft. It's hilarious. But your other videos look cool too. You're excellent at presenting information, and you're a pleasure to listen to. When I did videos like that, it was hard for me to get a lot of views or comments. So I decided to buy youtube watch hours, so my videos would get more views, and people would get it in recommendations in the future. After that, I got regular viewers waiting for my new videos and left a lot of comments, which made my videos only more popular. I still don't believe that all this is happening to me.

Found this guy on youtube who is starting up a small course design channel. He says he is a professional real life golfer and has played on the Korn Ferry Tour and I believe even a few events on the PGA Tour! Thought I'd give a shout out here on my thread. Go give him a sub! Welcome to Course Design HQ! This channel is all about golf course design in the game PGA TOUR 2K21. I am a relatively new designer still learning techniques and strategies and I am working hard to become a noticed figure in the community. If you have any question or comments for me feel free to put it in the comments section below a video, or contact me here on our TGC Tours Forum thread. Hope you like the content and welcome aboard! www.youtube.com/channel/UCxgD52U9E_h_2FyB3pfjj6w/featured

There's no fundamental difference. If you have a fairly powerful PC, then you won't wait as long between actions, and that is a huge quality-of-life improvement. But the designer still works the same.
If you don't have a dedicated graphics card in your PC, then the performance will be worse than a PS4.

It’s insane how graphics intensive this game is. The FPS gets consumed at a rapid rate. So a cheap PC with a decent graphics card will smash a top of the wazza PC with an average graphics card.
