So I have run into an issue while building the 14th & 15th holes on my latest project. I’m sure it’s something I’ve done but I have no idea how or what I have done so I will try and explain.
Built 14th green with 4 pins no problems have got 15th hole pretty well set out built the 15th green using splines like I have done for the rest of the course, but for some reason the game thinks 15 green is 14 green so when I go to move 15 green pin 1 it takes me over to the 14th green.
If I scroll over the green with the curser half of the green comes up with 15 green settings then halfway along it changes to 14 green settings
Hope that makes sense
Any help greatly appreciated

2 questions have you got mufti-tees and is the course Auto-generated first.my guess the 14th and the 15th are very close together or a dog leg somewhere.
If it isn't auto-generated my solution is this.
Save Course. Delete Holes 14 and 15 Place holes 14 and 15 again with just 1 tee on each hole. (need to re-order holes as well) Place the 4 pins on holes 14 and 15 then add the extra tee's later should solve it.
I have seen a solution were somebody has said move the waypoints of the above holes and it solves it,i have never got that to work but like everything make sure you save it first before really altering anything just in case it dont work.

I had this recently when one fairway is very close to the green of the pins which aren't working in which case you may select a holes pins to place them but they will automatically think you are placing a pin for the other hole, if you can I would move the way points of the other hole whilst you can place the pins and then once they are all placed (and you have checked that they're for the right hole as that has tripped me up a few times) then you should be good to move the waypoint of the other hole back to its original position

Double check you have actually created hole 15. If you haven’t that is probably the issue.

It’s likely because you’ve got tight doglegs wrapped around each other so the game thinks the waypoints overlap (I.e. direct line to one green goes across the second fairway or similar).
The way to solve it is to move the tees for the hole you are trying to pin somewhere so that the waypoints don’t interfere (I’d suggest making it a straight hole), then pin the green, then move the tees back to the original spot. Weird that you need that workaround, but it’ll sort it.
This issue is typically symptomatic of some clunky routing where two identical doglegs are a bit too close together, so check that you can’t take shortcuts down a different fairway whilst you’re at it.

Thanks for the response all. I took a week off the designer as this problem was really starting to give me the shits. Thanks B101 your fix solved my issue, my course is routed rather tightly as my first course was way to spaced out but maybe this time I’ve gone to far the other way.
