Week 3 Round 1 Good opportunities wasted on a terrific Young Bovine track. Picked up a single bird, barely missed adding a third eagle, and covered up my partner’s closing double drop.  IMathBad tallies this into a -12, all on the strength of my ringer partner Spenny jg24kl |

I have reached out to Pablo recently but had no response so I guess he's still dealing with his issues. I wish him the very best 'cos he's a top guy. In the meantime my team is going down the toilet. So I have drafted in a 'like for like' replacement. Pls welcome Sam Pond. Sam is an ex-Brit who migrated to Oz - much like myself 55 years ago. I have been associated with Sam in previous comps/ societies and he is also a top guy. I am hoping he will join us full time if I can find a suitable partner for him.

- Ability to carry a heavy load week after week
- Patience of a son in law whose Mother in law has been in his house since Covid kicked off due to the travel ban
- Likes vegemite
