More squares, like a pizza cut entirely the wrong way. Kenny was a partner alone.
I did, however, pick up his lone bogey with a bird on 16, then on 18, my approach second shot missed badly to the right, but bounced onto the green in miracle ricochet fashion. I then gave the third shot a good whack to overcome the mountain between myself and the pin.
Accelerating through the rain soaked green, the ball struck the flag stick at the speed of light, and rather than ping clean off the green, it turned straight down into the ground for the most stupid eagle ever recorded in the history of pixel golf. Sadly, video evidence was destroyed by the USGA.
Still, combined with Ken to post another -8 63 on round 2.
The course and I agreed we would never speak of this again, and went our separate ways.
