So, a bit of an amazing update to share with everyone.
I reached out to the architect of the Muni redesign, Troy Miller, and he is graciously providing files and information about course distances and other details later this week. This should really help solidify the authenticity of the course and get it as close to reality as possible.
The course has totally won me over with it's charm, and I'm so excited to see it in person in just a couple weeks!

With good news comes a bit of bad news...
Sounds like I will not be heading to Charleston in March as planned, due to an unexpected family health emergency. The trip is likely to be rescheduled to late October/early November of this year.
I will continue to work on the course, and will hopefully get that information from the course architect soon. With those details, I might be willing to publish before I actually play the course.

I was hoping to bump into you when I go out there at the end of March. I plan to play this course only because of your post! If I can get a tee time there, Ill snap a bunch of pictures and get them to you. I'm looking forward to playing it IRL and really excited to see your design here. Hope all gets well at home with the family bud! ~ Chris

Have fun if you play the Muni, and I'll hopefully be out there myself this fall!

Hi all! I'm still on a bit of a break in building the Muni, but The Fried Egg keeps churning out great content related to the course. Here's their latest podcast where they sit down with Muni renovation architect Troy Miller and talk about municipal golf in general, as well as updating the Charleston Municipal Golf Course. thefriedegg.com/fried-egg-podcast/a-way-forward-for-municipal-golf/
