Avoid Rattlesnake Gulch at all costs unless you think realism is fairways slopes at a 75 degree angle. Or unless you think the best place for the new golf course you want to build is halfway up Mount Everest. Sounds inspired! |

Somehow I missed Potunk upon release but thanks to this list, I've fixed that. Wow, just wow. It definitely hits on all the golden age elements I'm really loving currently but this is just a classic in my book all the way around. How its only 4 stars on Playstation currently I haven't a clue. Beautiful routing.

Beautiful routing. Not rated well because it doesn't have a green site next to a 300ft waterfall, a windmill in the car park, or a 17th century baroque castle with 7 levels as the clubhouse. It's just a boring golf course with template holes that dips it hat to a golden era. Oh dear! |

This is indeed a great list but missing one vital ingredient. Possibly the best fictional course with tournament objects I’ve played. Starts with an “S” ends in a Valley... Shake it like a Polaroid picture!  Played many of the courses on your list on release during Nov/Dec last year and, although being relatively new to the game, still felt like I was playing 2K21s own golden age of architecture. There were so many 5-star courses I lost count! |

I did end up having an extra ten courses in consideration and I think Shaker Valley was ranked 52? I saw your thread and I do think it was super well done. Definitely worth a play - there were at least 20 courses that could have been in the list. It's amazing how many great courses have been released since 2K21's start!

Thanks for the nod at 11 with PM with the names on that list I'm very pleased and probably very fortunate to nearly crack the top 10. But also well done putting in the effort of compiling this list... I can imagine how annoying it is to suddenly remeber another great course and having to find a place for it and squeeze it in... no doubt there will be great courses left off this list but as many guys have already mentioned... we'd probably need a top 500 list for that

Bah, the more I think about it, the more criminal it seems that Dunstan Head and Cades Cove aren't on the list either. If y'all wanted a top 100 after the World Cup I'd be happy to work on one!

To be honest, the longer the game goes on, the harder you'll find this. If you're worried about upsetting people or leaving courses out, I would suggest making it a monthly/quarterly thing like Andre's. Just a suggestion btw, I totally get it's all for fun  |
