I believe using the right EPSG is what did it, I've never had to DL the metadata. If you see an edit from a DSanchez, that's me. All I did was add the outline around the course to tell that it is Southern Trace. So how did you know the correct Epsg?

So how did you know the correct Epsg? I'm sorry, my bad. That's the EPSG that I used for Huntington. This works "some of the time"; Google "utm code shreveport la", it returns a UTM zone of 15S, drop the S and add the 15 to the end of 269.

Not a problem, love to give back what was given to me. I believe Kent Shaffer aka The Lidar King/Nobleman mentioned it in one of his videos. But if you search enough, you will start to see that 269 is what a large number of the 5 digit ones start off with. It's just the way they assign them, the Earth is divided into slices (UTM Zones) from top to bottom....15 is what this area is assigned, they get higher as you go East.
A few others .... 26914 Trinity Forest 26915: Huntington, Tour 18, Blessings 26916 Alotian 26917
