Gah...144's again. They're actually tougher to putt consistently on..but whatever. Maybe put 144's in the Hell round

Nightmare tempo leaves VctryLnSprts carrying the team yet again.... -3/+1 = crap No worries partner, I put up a -9 and -4 for us. I'm in the house at -13. I don't think I had played that course before, but kudos to the designer, I really enjoyed that one. I also really liked how the Heaven round was set up with a lot of chances to "go for" a shot off the tee. Nice job statelyowl, thanks!

-13 / -5 and would like to apologize for taking a 7 in the hell round. Took that pin on hole 2 for granted.

Better week from me, but still well off the top - frankly, I didn't see a -14 out there in hell round...oh well, was nice to play better in the heaven round, hopefully that'll help us take a step upward on this week's leaderboard. GL partner

I didn't see a -14 in Hell either until I chipped in 4 or 5 times. The luck didn't transfer over to my Plat rounds sadly.

Heaven -9, Hell +5 = -4. Was -10 through 27 holes, playing really, REALLY safe in the Hell round. I then crashed and burned hard in the last 9. Could have been far worse off though, so I guess that's a silver lining and all.

Justin my friend, nice playing. Too bad I'm weighing you down this week. Had a rough round in the Hell round and could not figure that wind out to save my life. Any tips on how to manage the wind properly would be much appreciate.

Oops, almost forgot to report here... Anyway, as I wrote in the Plat and TST threads, I am currently struggling with tempo issues. Often times I get red slows and then overcompensate with red fasts. This showed in particular in Heaven round, because red misses are off target independently of the conditions. I still made some birdies out of good saves from the deep rough, but red slow/fast approaches don't yield birdie opportunities. That way, as in TST and Plat, I am happy with the scores, but not happy with my game. -13 and -7 add up to -20. Over to you, jaybarrett

Great to see everyone reporting scores and chatting but it is not a requirement.
The beauty of a single platform society is I just pick up the scores from the society, so if you don't report a score, no harm, no foul, I got ya back.
Week 3 scores to date, I fell for every danger I foresaw in selecting the course... dumb is not learning, me super dumb.

Week 4 is being held at Dundalk Hills CC by one of our own stubby3596 , I'm sure Scott will appreciate any constructive feedback.
Dundalk Hills Country Club is a classic tree lined course that rolls through the natural terrain of the land and presents a challenging 7,100 yards from the tips. There are a few reachable par fours along with a few par fives that are reachable with accurate tee shots. The greens are accessible but unforgiving to poor approach shots and inaccurate lag putts.

Thanks Justin, I am both excited and a bit terrified. This is the 2nd course I designed having been new to this world starting with 2K21.
Looking forward to it getting some plays and 100% looking for feedback. I tried to keep to a pretty straightforward design with some interesting holes and a few challenging greens.
Good luck to everyone, I expect to see some low scores.

That first round was a blast, but if you didn't reverse the two rounds, I'm scared to death for Hell! LOL!
I managed a bogey-free -5 in that opening round, which is about as solid as I can play golf. That was great!
