  Just wildly creative stuff here, wouldnt expect anything less from the man who produced Butterstar Galactica. If you don't enter the national treasure contest later this year that would be a travesty with the way you can create environments. |

 This place is nuts in all the best ways. Love the reclaimed land approach - like Streamsong in Cali. Obsessed with 8. You couldn't paint the fairway over that land any better. |

I thought I was going to take a few pics, but was blown away by how good this is visually. The course is fantastic in terms of excitement, but also very realistic with its use of water and bunkers. The planting is just superb too, but that is more of a pure artform. From an outsider's perspective in the fantasy realm, I think the #1 mistake is when designers try to make every single shot epic to a gamer- they end up over using water and bunkers, especially tight to the greens, and it comes off as unrealistic. This is a good one for newer designers to study I believe. The greens have space to breath and an actual golfer could play this in real life and not want to quit the sport. There is usually one or more spots to miss an approach that will leave a decent up and down chance.

That was a nice course to play. Which would be like saying Daniel Day-Lewis did a nice acting job in the movie.

Beautiful. Spectacular. Awe-inspiring. Not necessarily in that order. Love the creative approach here! Before reading the thread, I thought this was more of a west Texas or southern Oklahoma course but regardless of where it’s set, it’s effing awesome! Great job!

Just a gorgeous course man. Everything you were going for worked perfectly. Those big deep bunkers in particular. Holes 9, 11 and 13 were my favourites. I also really loved the hillside sculpting you did for the approach on 18. Looking forward to playing it again.
