Carolina Causeway Par: 72 Yardage: 7300 and down (3 sets of tees)
Thanks for the many thousands of plays so far on my other courses. If you've played them, this is the same great quality you've come to expect. Set in the Carolina sandhills region, you'll have generous fairways to hit and everything from a pitch to a long iron in on your second shots. Some of the holes you'll need to shape your tee shots for the advantage on the field; be careful, there's plenty of waste area to avoid.

Saw your post on Reddit before this one for some reason, but glad I checked here to see you made a thread as well. Just finished my round on master difficulty from the white tees with pin set 4. Shot -4. Interesting idea starting the course with a par 3 as well as having back to back par 5's. Definitely unique and different. Very good planting and solid work for the most part on the retaining walls around water and even some tee boxes. Bunker sculpting seemed well done. Big fan of the use of vans converting them to train cars as well. There were a couple things I figured I'd mention just so you're aware for future reference In the first image, the tree to my left is floating ever so slightly. I can see how it'd be missed. I hit quite an errant tee shot, so unless you land over in that area, most probably wouldn't. In the second, I'm not sure what's going on with the transition from rough/fairway/bunker there to the right of my ball, if it's a game issue or something that could have been fixed, but just thought it was weird having that darker color in with the lighter green edge. Overall though, really fun course with a great atmosphere. Had a good time and will revisit it for sure.

I hate those floating trees. Spent 3 or 4 hours fixing them on a ported course. Carolina Causeway has been put up in my society for next week.

Just finished my round buddy! Really lovely course but just a couple of notes if you don't mind?
You've created a fantastic natural plot of land - wide open spaces that dont feel at all empty and intimacy created with some great tree work! I just feel that maybe the housing across from the water detracts from it a bit? They definitely add to the environment but perhaps peaking through the tree boundary rather than a course feature.
A couple of the main bunkers where stock shapes, perhaps I would've like to see a more natural/rugged bunker to go with the terrain?
Loved the course though. The greens and contouring where nice and double fairway 9/10 was a nice touch! Still can't get my head around this new game but got it round in -2 of the whites with pin 4 (there's a few flags that could bite you there!)
