Wow... this weekend brought some great courses. This one looks really nice! The environment looks awesome, and the tee options really make this one stand out. Thanks for your efforts man!

A BIG challenge from the tips. The light rough helps give you a chance. Really like what you did with the heavy rough in the areas with the trees. 5 stars from me.

You did such an awesome job on this course Curtis, proud of you man, I hope everyone enjoys this one! Thanks dad. Course #2 this week for Friday. Barring 12 crashes this should tee off around 7:15pm or so. Looks playable from the early views.

Do yourself and your pals (if you call them that) a favor and play from the Blue tees...otherwise I'll definitely never hear from you again. Thanks for playing it!

Loved the environment here and got major Hoback vibes on the 3rd with the towering hills and river. Scoreable off the blues, dread to think what madman would play from the tips... Good stuff Curtis!

Played it in a stiff breeze off the back tees. It’s certainly challenging, but very fair. Was a good battle with old man par. Great track.

Loved your course! As others have said, great vibe, and a great balance between difficulty and fairness. Great sight lines, and as posted above — this looks and feels like an RCR. Definitely rent a cart if you’re playing from the tips, boys! 5*

Agree with what others said. Black tees didn’t feel overly long, plus the light rough helped. Well designed and felt like a real course.

Agree with what others said. Black tees didn’t feel overly long, plus the light rough helped. Well designed and felt like a real course. Really appreciate the comments! I tried some things on this course that I've never done before. Yes, there is a tee set that measures longer then 8100 yards. In hindsight, I probably should have left that tee set out. I do think it plays fairly, but we all get exhausted playing 500+ yard par 4's. The Blue tees are the sweet spot. I think we all fall into the trap of just jumping on the back tees and hitting "play". Nothing wrong with that, but it can surely be off-putting for those not looking for that type of round. As far as not having any heavy rough, I just got sick and tired of fiddling with some of the waypoints that looked terrible with the lt rough/heavy rough combo. On the other side of the coin, it helped with wayward tee shots on a very long course. I struggle with designing "fantasy" courses, so it's also nice to hear that this feels like a real course. Again, thanks for the kind words. Just trying to get better with every course, rather then worse

Just played this in inflames47 Inglourious Basterds Society and absolutely loved it. Makes me glad I gave up the trials and tribulations of CC to see it is scheduled for the Beer League. Fair looking forward to that week. As a player not a designer I couldn't fault it. Would play it again. Many times.

Thanks Ben! Glad DanDan put it up for Beer. It is my understanding you'll get to play from all 3 tee sets that week. It will be quite a different course then playing the tips on Inglorious Bastards for 2 rounds. Glad you enjoyed it!
