72-64-70-72 - 10 under total
Round 1 - Started very poorly (+4 through 6). Birdied all the Par 5's to get back to even.
Round 2 - One the best rounds i've ever played. Bogey free, 6 birdies and an eagle. Parred two Par 5's on the back 9 so could have been better
Round 3 - Better than my first attempt on the Saturday pins but not great
Round 4 - 93%ers kicked in on every other approach shot (only had 4 or 5 to this point) and was happy to get it over with at this point.
Think -8 will make the cut but will be lucky to be top 50.
As i said, pleased it's done. On to the Masters.....

With the current technical problems, I'm not sure I'm even registered! Hopefully I am, and it's all just a glitch.
Anyway, this week was properly brutal! Went 67-72-70-68 - no idea how that'll compare with everyone else, but that's what I call realistic scoring!! If it turns out to be average and nothing to complain about, then the course difficultly is spot on IMO.

67,77,66,67... -11 total.. Obviously very dissapointed with my 2nd round as i don't think I've made the cut as a result.. Got off to a really sloppy start n never recovered..missed numerous putts within 10 ft to try n claw my way back towards par My other 3 rounds though were quite positive.made a number of big putts n with a little more clinical putting could have sinked several more.I didn't score well on the par 5's in this tourney..important to do so given the difficulty of the course..the winds ranged between 7-13mph throughout my 4 rounds..really enjoyed the shakespeare course n conditions..Found it to be a real challenge n that was refreshing to see Good luck to those of you yet to begin or complete your tourneys!!

68,66,65,69 for a -20 total. Pleased with that, as I had a few double bogeys and some stupid mistakes, but I did have three hole out eagles. Loved the fact that I had to think my way around and make up some shots that I have probably never played before. Think most weeks should be like this. Good luck everyone.

So far so good, -6 & -5. I played both rounds in 7-14mph winds. If anyone goes lower than 10 or so they either got lucky with the wind, waited for the wind, or are on such a different level than the rest of us that I just can't even comprehend. There are holes where if the wind is at your back you can't stop the ball on the green, at all. If anyone knows something to do with a 6iron from 170 with an 8mph wind at your back and a front hole location where the green slopes away from you PLEASE TELL ME. I will be stewing about the lip out for par on 18 at the end of round 2 from 6ft that I hit too hard. We'll see what rounds 3 and 4 hold sometime this week as it looks like -11 thru 2 will be quite acceptable.

Yea my first bad week in a while. last time i play with my 3 year old pissing about next to.me Ha! I had to learn this same lesson. Playing "airplane" with your 3 year old while your 12yo daughter dances about in front of the tv, and carrying a convo with the wife all at the same time, isn't a recipe for "going low." "BE GONE WITH THE LOT OF YOU WHILE I PLAY MY GAME!!"

Don't we love our kids? I'm quiet happy to have moved with my "playstation room" to the basement, as no one wants to join/annoy/distract me there usually. Only have R1 in the books so far. Finished it with a 68 (-4). On the one hand I'm fine with that, as I've birdied more holes (7) than on any practice round. On the other hand I'm a bit pissed, as I've bogeyed more holes (3) than on any practice round. I hope that R2 is going to be a bit better. Would love to stay at -10 after two rounds. We'll see...
