Cheers Paul. PC is comfortable with Hookers 😂 Xbox wasn’t happy with hookers either so I left it out I'm not surprised with it stopping hookers. The Xbox profanity filter picks on the weirdest stuff to deny. A number of times it's denied something and I've been unable to figure out why. |

Just got home from work and managed to get second round of Untapped completed just before deadline. For once I did quite well on one of my own courses  Hope all had fun playing in the meadows and thanks for using course Ashton.

Welcome to week 6 of the Pub Crawl season.

This week takes us to Bungalow Beach Club, a fictional Delta theme course with a par of 71 which was created by Wes Hamilton.
Course Description:
Welcome to Bungalow Beach Club, my entry into the National Treasure design contest. This resort set in the Maldives is now home to a Pete Dye-styled course. It features strategy and challenges out of a relatively flat piece of land using angles and visual deception to make what little land movement is available count. Prevailing winds are south. Default green speeds are 175.

Week 6 – One for the Road
This week is the Better Ball format at Buccaneer Caverns by Simon Morris.
This is a fictional Tropical theme course which has a par of 71.
Course Description:
Reached by boat only this tropical Caribbean golf course constructed in 1998 has a multitude of mysterious grottos etched into the surrounding cliffs. Legend has it the pirate “Captain Cutlass” & his buccaneers used the caverns to stash their bountiful hordes of treasure plundered from the ocean going cargo ships of the early 1700's. Nowadays they serve only as unique backdrops to several of the picturesque holes and the name of the par 71 track which awaits modern raiders.

Many of our TBCers had little trouble with the time change, while it was reported that the Dr Marks were seen working on their tan lines between rounds. First place Tequila Slammers continued to chug along in their match with Foregasm. After splitting pairs, Captain Paul Bradford led his squad to a 14-10 win as he swept his singles games to bring home 5 points. Foregasm was balanced with Ronny, Simon and CF each chipping in 3 points each. The predicted match of the week between Rekking Balls and Beasts of Bourbon did not pan out as the surging Ballz continued their charge up the table with their 15-9 win over BoB. The Ballz were also balanced with both Kens and Ernie scoring 4 points each, while Kie and Ben lead the BoBs with 3 a piece. Boozers Out of Bounds and Bad News Beers had a back and forth affair, splitting the pairs and the first set of singles games down the middle. Charlie, Art and Jeff came up big in the final round to preserve a 14-10 victory. Charlie and Jeff supported the BOoBs the best, securing 5 points each. Captain Dan, Randy and Paul Matchen each brought home 3 points for BNB. Bova’s Beer Chuggers cruised to a 15-9 win over Rum Raiders on the strength of 2 six packs, one each from Johnny and Leon. The Raiders were led by Marc’s 3.5 points. Slammers continue to lead TBC but now it is by only 5. Ballz have surged over BOoBs, who have slipped to 5 points back of Rekking. With two weeks left in the season all teams are separated by at least 4 points, making week 6 a pivotal session that may decide our champion. This weeks PROSTS!: Half Centurions: Charlie put the Petal Beach to the metal enroute to a -55. Team Centurions: The Club at Mint Gully by Darin proved to be no walk in the gully, no Centurions this week. Best effort was the 88 put forth by Beast of Bourbon. Ben proved to be too tough for Mint Gully, amassing 32 points on his card. Huzzah Ben! Six Packs to Go: Last week's Blobby is this week's Six Pack - way to rebound Johnny! Leon made it a pair of Sixers for the BBC. Mr. Blobby: No blobs this week, these gawlfers are good!. If It Weren’t For Bad Luck: 29 under is a decent score, but when it yields only half a point.... Then you have been Bova’d! Bad luck David, better luck next week. Right Place, Right Time: Paul Bradford (-21) and Jeff (-20) both get 5 points off similar scoring. Then there is Darin getting 1 point while scoring 24 OVER par. Amazing he did not blob! Week Six highlight match is Ballz vs BOoBs as they battle near the top of the ledger. All eyes will be on the Foregasm vs BBC match as our Queen Carol makes her long awaited return to TBC as a subGasm. Is this the week that the mighty Slammers get some bad news? Will the Rum Raiders rise up against the BoBs? Tune in next week to this TLDR worthy post. Until then…. Onward!

Pub Crawl Rounds 1 to 4A nice relaxing Sunday morning fighting the tempo. Couldn't hit a perfect for love nor money but mostly grey so pretty manageable. Putter let me down on the shorter stuff but redeemed itself with some long 'uns so survived being chucked in the sea. Made a right dog's breakfast of the early short par 4 and took me until the final round to grab a birdie after donning the speedo's for two of the first three rounds. The chicks were happy at least   Nice course from Wes jwtexan that I had a bit of fun on when I placed my approaches accurately. Got to hit the right spot on the greens sometimes. Ran off a few but at least the splash shot is usable at Pro level!! Another course from the National Treasure comp which has produced some great tracks.

One For The RoadWell I can only say sorry to my fellow Beastie Boys. My tempo went to rat sh1t half way through the back nine with red fasts/slows suddenly appearing out of nowhere. This game does your head in sometimes. Settled down as quickly as it started. But too late to save the round. On the positive side my team mates have plenty to play for!! Onward is the only way....

SkyBlueBen R2: -5 The old HB tempo demons reared their heads on 1, 2 and 16 with the latter two holes giving back 3 shots with the old slow into the water on the right trick. Otherwise it was a pretty solid round and could have been better if I'd had some luck with the putter.

SkyBlueBenR3: -6 A solid round again, this time let down by Darin swapping out my putter for a Brazilian one for the back 9! I lost count of how many I missed by an inch or two. I had to resort to chipping in on #17 and the birdie on 18 was from two feet.
