The Cyder Cup - 21st to 27th March 2021
Just a reminder that next week we will ALL be playing for The Cyder Cup when Magners Monarchs will be defending their trophy against Strongbow Strikers. All subs will be taking part plus we will have cameo performances from Mike katana22 and Pat Celtic Wolf All the action will be taking place at Gareth Irvine's Heisenberg wonderful Royal Melb. (Composite) and I'm sure we'd all like to thank Dan catcherman22 for scheduling a big name RCR for our tournament. Look out for the draft of the 7 players who have no affiliation to a team. Yet. Ashton Ashton Fox and Pete bogeyman will be squabbling over who gets who very shortly!! The Cyder Cup Scoresheet

CYDER CUP - BREAKING NEWS!STRONGBOW STRIKERSYou will be aware I'm sure that teams will remain the same as they were in the inaugural Cyder Cup held at the end of last season. The big change this season is the inclusion of the 7 subs and Ashton Fox, my opposing captain, and I have held our draft to see who gets what. I was allowed 4 picks and Ashton 3 in order to even up the numbers. It's a long story but I got the first 2 picks, the main reason being to make this contest as tight as it can possibly be. ! am very pleased to announce that - Kie Farrell Dave Stevenson Mark Buenger Charles Lindbergh will all be joining the Strikers! Please welcome them fellow Strikers. The tournament, which starts next week should be a beauty. My vice captain is again Art Vandelay and I will set up a pm thread to keep you all in the loop regarding pairings etc. once Art and I have finalised things. Good luck Monarchs! Onwards!!
