SkyBlueBen I was conflicted between football and rugby yesterday. First 30 mins of the football made life a lot easier. Apparently its the first time since xg has been recorded that a team got 0.0 xg. To top things off, went to play my rounds this morning and though controller has been slowly dying on me, was confirmed this morning. Now have to wait for Mr Amazon tomorrow. Back to the farm for me today. Quite an achievement that xg 🤣 We appear to have turned the corner. Watch that go tits up at home on Wednesday against Derby. We have Portsmouth on Tuesday and fielded a weakened side yesterday. Not great when even our normal starting 11 are struggling. We need a few results to go our way quickly or else bottom 3 fighting is going be our xmas present. |

Art Vandelay Wutpa Americas Tour R1 and R2--Bayou Defeat-- Not sure how many times I landed in the water in R2 but let's just say I'm glad that round is over. It was like Bac Son Valley's evil daddy.  blerghh. GO BROTHERS! R2 scorecard (should have used powerhouse-- I get it already--SPLASH!)...

Art Vandelay WutpaPub Crawl, Americas Tour rounds 1 & 2 +OFTR Slow start before picking up through the middle, bogey on the last hurt. -10 Mixed bag, some good and some shocking. -8    OFTR Reasonable round but missed a few putts.

Art Vandelay & WutpaSeason 11 Week 1 Round 1 Americas - not the best couse design for horrible tempo. It meant I was mostly in heavy rough except for the four times I was in the water. Putting pace was equally out of my control, which gave both 3 and 4 puts. Awful start to the season.

S11, W1: Americas, R1 @ Libya, Eat Tofu!And they're off! I must admit I have mixed feelings about this round, and feel a little disappointed. Now, I don't want to be one of those folk who howl at the moon and are inconsolable because they "only" shot -12, but on the other hand I was -12 after 12 and really thought I was going to put in a score for the ages. But for whatever reason, on the final 6 holes my tempo went wobbly on me and I couldn't get the ball anywhere close to the pin, so if anything I was lucky to keep hold of that -12 by the end. So, I'll bookmark it as one of those "coulda been" rounds, but of course I am also happy to have had a good start to the campaign. I am therefore a somewhat chuffed chugger.  Art VandelayWutpa
