Boooooo SkyBlueBen Boooo Ditch Masters. Pro is where its at! Haha!! Just been promoted Dan for the first time ever! To be honest I only started with The Brew Crew to help Mike get things up and running and it sort of snowballed. I was going to pack up at the end of Season 4 anyway, I’ve just gone a season earlier for various reasons. Sometimes you just need a break from all the crap. |

I shall be leaving The Brew Crew at the end of this season in order to concentrate on some off course matters that demand my attention and also spending my gaming time trying to improve my pixel golf at Master level. I’m giving up playing Pro. I find switching between the two difficult and all the other Societies I play are Master level. I’ve already set up all the Season 4 spreadsheets and will be more than happy to help out going forward. Ben you know how I feel, I truly wish you'd reconsider but in the end I'll respect your decision. Know this thou and that is no one has done as much for this society than you. You truly have been a friend and great asset as part of the admin team, you'll be sorely missed. Your welcome back anytime, mate. Your friend, Mike G. |

Gutted by the news of SkyBlueBen leaving but I completely understand. I know how much time I've spent with my nose in a spreadsheet and I don't have near the volume or time requirements of running the league. We have been truly lucky to reap the rewards of your services for so long. Above all, I hope that real life stuff comes to settle and you continue to enjoy life and pixel golf life as much as possible. I'm going to miss you (and sorry for being such a headache with Untapped 😔) but your happiness is far more important than my selfishness. Hopefully our paths will cross again soon. 🍻 🦊🍺 |

Sports (yes, pixel golf is a sport 🙂) is supposed to be our reprieve from the day to day frustrations. Sure, there will be frustrations involved but they are supposed to be different and thus more manageable than the day to day but that's not always the case (the first very slow of the day that inevitable ends up in the water/OB has me walk the plank every time 😂)  However, there are times in life where it's just not and we have to take a pause. But just because you pause from the group doesn't mean you pause from us 🙂. I can't speak for everyone but I speak for myself and say that no matter where the roads may take you, there's always a lane back to a familiar place if you need to take a load off for a bit 🙂  🦊🍺 |
