So I see there is Olympic Qualifying this week on TGCT. I fly the flag of Fiji mainly because it’s sky blue for a bit of fun. May be worth giving qualifying a shot. Not sure how many Fijians are out there!! 🤣

Had no intention of playing the qualifier at all...
until I saw a post in the Clubhouse section of the forum.
Now I have to see these water edge trap greens for myself. Destiny will have to wait.

Looks like I'm not going to the Olympics this year. -7 after round 1. Then proceeded to bogey the 1'st two holes of round two. Playing too safe. I get why the guy is complaining about a couple of holes. 2 and 3 are kind of crazy. You just have to see the hazard and play long and away from it and play for par. The hyperbole is not needed if you see it and play it right. Or you can blame the game or designer or refer to my signature and blame the old lady down the street. Not sure I'm going to finish this or go play a round or two of CC. I sinned last week and played the cc event and made the cut. My 1'st cc outing since getting promoted to A this year. Been staying away from cc as of late. edited to add my round 2 card.Behold the mess that this is lol  Enough of that. Round or two of cc I guess. |

Edit: After seeing the last couple of posts I might play one round to see what all the fuss is about + it’s good practice to get my tempo up to speed for the more important Brew Crew rounds

Nothing wrong with Chuck's course, if you don't make your shot your going to get swallowed up. Water edge stuff no different as to when Augusta used to trim the 15th very tight, so no complaints from me did 1 round but score not good enough to continue, was doing well on front 9 but too many of those were pars.

I’ve not looked at it so didn’t know it was chucks course, we will have played it at one point so obviously there’s not much wrong with it. |

Week 4 - Some Of ItWarmed up with Olympic Qualifying which I gave up early in the 2nd Round. I'll let a proper Fijian qualify!! So jumped onto Kinetic. Did well 1st Round, not so good 2nd. Then onto the proper stuff.... Art VandelayPub Crawl Rounds 1 and 2Solid but unspectacular. Again.  One For The RoadA bit of a mess really!!

I liked the leaderboard better last night when I was the only one who had played. Only time I see the top. lol  On a side note to that, it's bloody annoying when John starts licking your anus near the end and you are in 1'st place. "and that's one of the reasons you are in top spot" No John, it's because I'm the only one who is playing. Hope the next version of this game they take more care not to have that stupid stuff in there. Minor nitpick but still find it irritating. Hope they shitcan John and hire a new voiceover, one who spends more time and care on his work rather than copy and pasting sound files and code from previous versions. And to this day I would like to know of a situation where "the birdie wouldn't count" Sunday musings while waiting on the drunken household to crawl out of bed. |
