welcome back Les. Hope you had a few good days away off grid. It’s been great beautiful scenery a ride right round Loch Ness but didn’t see the monster 😂 very quiet evenings no road noise at all. A few rides out to the coast it’s been great. When I was a kid we'd go up to Scotland each summer for a couple of weeks, and driving by Loch Ness was mandatory. I spent ages desperately hoping for a sighting of Nessie, but my mum was much more interested in wandering around Urquhart Castle. She loved history. Many was the time that we'd go on some long drive to see three stones piled on top of each other in a field, much to my childhood despair. My earliest recorded swearing was when I was four years old, in the back of the car on another weekend trip, being told where we were going and muttering "not another bloody ruin". |

We have holiday lets on the farm so I’ve booked one out for a bit of beer and snooker with the wife, my son and his wife and his best mate and family. 6 adults, 3 kids, 2 dogs!!      |

I’m supposed to be up in Cov today to see the Super Soaraway Sky Blues but bloody Sky Sports moved it to Monday so I can’t make it. You need to damage yourself again, nothing too painful, just enough for a few more weeks sickie!! |

I’m supposed to be up in Cov today to see the Super Soaraway Sky Blues but bloody Sky Sports moved it to Monday so I can’t make it. You need to damage yourself again, nothing too painful, just enough for a few more weeks sickie!! The television-scheduled games are getting worse imo. Even as the stereotypical United-supporting Norn-Irishman I'm looking at our Saturday 8pm kick off tonight confused... |

I love the old sites as well but prefer them if they’re near a coastline. |

Appeared Nessie didn't like a local delicacy of West Highland Terrier , or he was scared of a little white dog called Milly, my previous Westie. We also did Ben Nevis, when I got back to the campsite I was cream crackered and was ready for a few beers and a kip, but she wanted to play ball. I don't know where they get the energy from? |

Looks nice Ben, some snooker if it rains. Hope that's a gas stove in the second picture, as it looks like the hearth doesn't meet building regs for a wood burning stove |
