I read a very interesting gaming article today about Unity.
I wonder if this will force HB to move to a new engine. Interesting times ahead if Unity decide to keep this change.
It appears that my link wont work, just google Unity and there will be plenty of articles to read.

Not a smart move by Unity. Developers will be looking elsewhere for game engine. Basically have put themselves out of business in my opinion 🤔 |

Talk about falling down the rabbit hole. I heard about this Unity thing yesterday. But never gave it two shits as I was in the rabbit hole of Cities Skylines 2 gameplay videos (a unity game lol). Coming out next month.
So this morning after reading you guys talking about Unity. I fell down another rabbit hole. 3+ hours of the Unity forum, reddit, a video from a guy explaining it, which had this Canadian girl who uses Unity to make games. (so got roped into to checking out some of her stuff), then more Unity forum, page open looking at the Unity stock prices.
Had to come up for air. I am skeptical of HB being able to move from Unity (because of the course designer, Skylines terrain tools look very much like 2k's course tools). I don't think HB has the skillset to move to a new engine. I can see this Unity pricing crap really hurting them though. Wonder if they decide to just cancel the next version of golf. Doom mode engaged. I won't be around for it either way so who cares lol

And then this happened…  Special thanks to Art Art Vandelay and Tony runkibus for letting me put my tee shot to within 5 feet of the pin on the playoff hole and allowing me to not miss said putt to take the big prize in the end.  Cheers, boys! ‘Twas a very fun round! Really nice course, too, Les! lessangster Was loads of fun last night, you earned every cent of that VC with your overall play Mark. Tony runkibus played very well too, he would have won the darn thing if I had not pushed a few key holes. Onward! |

The way I spray bullets around in Battlefield, I'd be broke. He's a POS, him and some board members sold some of their shares in the company before the announcement and of course the share price fell, making them money. |

Attention Brew Crew During tonight’s live play with Art and Tony, a 2/3 majority consensus has agreed that Tony is a liar and a ass [sic], and thus cannot be trusted. If runkibus ever tells you he likes the 13th hole, A LOT, he really means the 11th.  Setting the bar very, very low. Art VandelayMy bad. Hole 13 is my favorite on Dunnet Head, a tough little par 3 over an inlet to a very tough green to hold. #11 is my favorite hole on Tomahawk Falls. A risky par 5 with lots of lumber around the water near the green where even a safe shot can still get you into trouble, and my skins opponents found out for themselves…but i thank them for the virtual currency as a result of my error. (Or was it…)😈. And had you actually taken the vote out loud it would have been unanimous btw… |
