If we don’t change the name to Playtex Cups, I’m sitting out.

I still cannot get past the society page. So I may need that extension. I’ll check back later to see if I can play.

Quick question. In Kinetic, I’ve played 1 round. In this play off thing, can I just leave it now? Will I get any demos? I suppose the season is ending anyway so it doesn’t matter right?
Cheers.

The usual deadline still exists so if you haven't got R2 in by that time (I believe less than 10 hours to go as of this message being typed), then no need to play the other rounds. Won't matter much for demos or promos anymore, only thing is if you don't make a cut this week in the pro tours or aren't in the top 50 of the money list after the event is final for the tour you're in, then it's season over for you up there.

Art VandelayCapt asyoudo64AsYouBrew Disappointing R1 to be honest, putting was poor on the greens / -6 Round 2 I was happier with my score, putting was slightly better but wasted the Par 5's again / -9

Art Vandelay Normally, the 3rd round is my bad round. This week, it's the 4th. Sigh.

Long Island Knockout: -7 I got off to a bad start with a bogey right out of the gate, and although I steadied the ship and started making birdies, there were too many pars in between them to put up a serious score. I finished on -7, and I can't see that being good enough to get me through, but it was a fun ride getting to here anyway. Sean / Art

OFTR: -9 Again with the bad start and a bogey caused by a quick dip into the water at the first opportunity. It's my OFTR curse. Progress was made from there onwards though, and despite another rock-ricocheting bogey on #11 I crawled into the clubhouse on -9. Not great, but less dismal than some of my other OFTR rounds, so I'll take it. That was a fun course, thanks all. Art Vandelay

Pub Crawl Rounds 1&2 I had double check to make sure this was a CC course afterwards as I really enjoyed it and it was challenging! That’s now two CC courses in a row I have enjoyed. But this one was a tricky little bastard. arthurvandelay

Blue Hawaiian Punch Bowl vs Spenny Loko jg24klThe Hawaiian Island fires made things difficult for both of us on the first tee, with Ken carding a quad and myself a triple derp to start out. It was right after that when the gallery scattered in search of a better match that wouldn’t require 39 minutes per hole to play (full disclosure: there were no server issues on this night). Ken decided it would be fun to play with his bath toys, while Mark played things reasonably well, and managed a 2-up lead at the turn. After halving the 10th with matching birds, Mark decided to take a long trip on the par train, adding just one more bird on the back 9, being that on the 16th to stay 2-up with 2 to play. Ken got to within 1 on the 17th, then fate reared it’s ugly head. On 18, with Ken converting bird, Mark stared down a knee-knocker of a birdie putt from 8 feet out, barely breaking, if at all. The putt had perfect pace but bled just past the hole on the right, giving Ken the hole and the win on the count back. prowse00 to our surprise, live ghosts in society play remain critically broken, as we were largely unable to play “together”. In addition, my scorecard registered one of Ken’s bogeys as a par. To manage this, I submit both of our “separate” cards, with Ken’s having his correct round presentation, and mine having mine. Ken’s card: Mark’s card: You’ll also see misplaced opposition holes on each card. What a fustercluck. My congrats to Ken for winning the match and commiseration for trying very very hard to lose it, and not even being able to pull that off.

Chris I hate to see you have so many issues, but most of all I hate to see you stop playing before the season ends with only a few weeks left to go. We have all enjoyed having you join us and hope your issues with game sort themselves out. I WILL MISS MY HUGGY BEAR!! I somehow doubt everyone has enjoyed me being here, as evidenced by the fact that only two people including you have said anything, but that's fine.
I know I've probably annoyed some people here -- and I'll just emphasise yet again that nothing I've ever said was intended to cause upset -- but I hope I've at least sometimes provided some entertainment.
