You're supposed to drink it cold š¤ Used to work with a guy who used put his cans of Special Brew on top of the radiators to warm them up before downing them, reckoned that it made them more potent, sounds horrible to me. Just firing up the central heatingā¦.

Here I am in chilly Nairn in Northern Scotland on a beautiful sunshiney day and not a sign of snow within 10 miles of me and then you see what is happening in little old England. Mind you the heating in this old house is not off much between November and March.

We got a bit of the dregs from the pennines but enough to still be foot deep still even though clear sky at present. Can keep meat in me living room :-)

Sea air has seen off majority of Sunderland snow but I'm about 10 mile inland .

Sadly, crushtastic and I have been trying to schedule this to play live, but the time difference, plus Jason having a real job have hampered our efforts. We might be forced to do it the old fashioned way, unless the finals opponent ( asyoudo64 ) and prowse00 want to grant a one or 2 day extension and we might be able to get the live streamed match scheduled.Ā I know Ross won't have a problem scheduling with the winner, as him and I often find each other playing at the same time, and him and Jason are in the same time zone.Ā Edit: I am aware I still need to play the society for the match against Ken for the Apple Martini Cup Happy to accommodate either way. Just keep me updated

The Brew Crew Real Ale
Courses for next week The Pines Course (Lidar)
The Pines golf course, Australiaās only Arnold Palmer signature course, has recently undergone a $5 million transformation. The course-wide restoration of its greens, new bunkering on the par-5 17th hole, the rebuild of teeing grounds, a new irrigation infrastructure, as well as new target greens and white-face artificial bunkers on the double-ended practice range have elevated The Pines golf course to one of Australiaās most esteemed private golf course destinations. Carved through 101 hectares of established pine forest, the course features corridor approaches to several holes, with lakes guarding others. Fourteen of the holes are contoured around six man-made lakes. An abundance of wildlife features on The Pines including rare bird life and scores of native Australian kangaroos.. RCR designer Troy Bleazby 145th Open championship
Not sure if there is a censorship issue with this course so no names mentioned but as the name suggests it was the home of the 145th Open Championship RCR Designer Dave Woods yeltzman Hesketh Golf Club
Hesketh Golf Club is completely overshadowed by Royal Lytham & St Annes to the north and Royal Birkdale to the south but Hesketh pre-dates them both. Southport Golf Club, as Hesketh was originally known, was founded in 1885 and the original course was designed by James Ogilvy Fairlie Morris, son of Old Tom Morris and the little brother of Young Tom, and it soon developed a reputation for excellent greens and a stern test of golf. After three moves and an amalgamation with the Southport Golf Club, Hesketh Golf Club finally settled down just off Cockle Dickās Lane on the site of the original course, flanked by the Victorian villas of Hesketh Park, Southport's premier residential area. I think all Aussie beer is dodgy. I remember when they tried to poison us Brits with Castlemaine XXXX. You're supposed to drink it cold š¤ Itās always cold over here so must be the lager thatās sh%$. š Fosterās is just as bad must be Aussie brewing š¤£

Straight from the can. Undiluted. Worked a treat. Certainly wasnāt going to put it anywhere near my stomach. I feel pretty much the same about Fosters. Iām sure there must be some decent Aussie beer but because they hate the Poms they just send us their dregs!! I remember hating Fosters but liking Fosters Export. I think that was beefed up to around 5% or around there. Same thing for me with Heineken; the Export version was miles better. I donāt like either Heineken or Stella and theyāre supposed to be premium lagers, my personal like is Real Ales or Beer no chemicals or a nice Spiced Rum like Kraken.
