I had a 7 minute update when firing the game up this morning. Anybody know what this one is now? Depends the last time you fired it up. There was an update a couple of days ago to fix a ranked bug and new objects in the designer. I already had that one a few days ago. This one seemed newer. |

So looks like there is a promo event this week as well as the regular events. Starting tomorrow. Soylent Greens has a two rounder set up with conditions as per the TGCtours Weather Report. Society NameSoylent Greens PC Pin 1 White teesPin 4 Blue Tees.Winds both high. Fast and Firm on both setups. (weather report has fast firm.) So figure may as well make it hard since promo's are not usually Little Brook setups. (How are you designers coming along with the remake of Little Brook Manor by the way?)  Got hit with another snow storm over night and there is another 7.5 feet of fresh snow on the ground. So until the old lady (only 97) down the street gets up here and shovels it, I'm going to smash it around a bit just to keep my muscle memory in a zone of sorts before tomorrow happens. Then off to shoot things again. |

By time I'm done knockout, Roads, DS and Ale I may be too burned out to carry on much more. If I'm in a zone though, sure as sh%$ I'll play my CC. Don't care much for the promo, probably not many spots open anyway. I'd take any promotion though if it ever happened. I look at it like a buffer zone. Allows me to gain demo marks and get demoted a few levels to wind up right where I started. Not playing much last week or so with other game to play so I am really rusty with my swing and tempo Just did my two rounds in Soylent and man was I bad. 5 bogies on the front 9 of round 1 Score to beat for anyone who wants to play. Shouldn't be too hard to beat lol  Winner will get a wad of premium dryer lint shipped to them. All you have to do is pay the shipping. Usually around 1300 dollars or so |

Well, I guess I will never be a member - sorry Hobgoblins! I really struggled this week especially with these greens. 32 putts in R1 and 33 putts in R3. Only 23 putts in R2 and strangely scored a -7.
That said, R4 was a horror show with 64% FIR and 44% GIR and I still had 25 putts. Art Vandelay I fully expect Carol will suddenly be feeling a lot better! OFTR will be done tomorrow. Maybe things will come around for me. You have been a blessing for the Hobsters, I am more than proud that your are representing me. I will be out another week or 2 if you could find it in your heart to cover for me? Art Vandelay I am blessed to be covering you and I hope your recovery goes extremely well, but if your rehab takes a bit longer than expected, I am certain I can suffer through being a sub for as long as you need.  |

Lost my mojo after the nice birdie streak end of front nine / beginning of back nine, starting with missing the birdie of the easy par 5 12, and getting a 3 put par on the reachable par 4 13 ...

Pub Crawl Rounds 3 & 4 Art Vandelay R3 : -4 R4 : -2 Art, I told you round 4 wasn't going to be easy pickens for me. Now that it is over, I can rip off the filter and tell you all how much I HATED this course. Everything about it. The greens, the approaches, the views. I completely lost interest and just played rage, frustration filled rounds to get it over with. My worst two CC rounds in a while. I really don't know how some of you scored the way you did. The WRECK and Bogey Bonocore did not get along. Happy to move onwards and I hope next week's course is more my cup of bourbon.  Congrats on the well deserved win Art Vandelay ! I was lucky to just shoot under par. R4:  |
