TBC Real Ale @ Wentworth
Rd : -5
Great course. Took the front nine to get the game in place, but correct back nine aftward
Designer Showcase @ Taconic state park
Rd1 : -4 Rd2 : -6 Rd3 : -1
Another very nice course. The green speed was a tad too much for me on the last round. Was trying to catch back Carol at the end, but couldn't make it, she was too good for me

Rumble Rd 7....-4 8 birds 4 bogeys . Pitches/flops I'm normally canny on. Not today as very slows and then inevitably bogeys followed. Weird how different aspects of game mess up, but good job not all at one or I'd knock a +83 round in. Art Vandelay |

Art VandelayKind of lost the plot in round 4 and forgot what I was supposed to be doing.  Glad it's over. Was dreading it seeing the scores being posted. Would much rather fight and claw my way to a -6 on a hard course than fight and claw to a -12 on a birdie fest course. I place better on tougher courses. Double bogey on 15'th round two and I would have no part of that. I want my two strokes back now. Gimmie My Two Strokes back or Gimmie 3 steps or something. Will set up a practice event in Soylent Greens for next week course tomorrow. 4 rounder, 3 days.

I miss the old days of the 1'st couple years of this place where you would get 8 harder courses and 2 easy ones to give us a break. Now it's reversed. SkyBlueBenArt VandelayRUMble Week 2 i tried to warm up with the Designers and it would NOT load up so i just jumped on the CC course and had a miserable experience during entire round. Rd 2(+6) For some reason my driving tempo was schitt! And that set the tone for my round which was complete schitt! I had 2 or 3 water balls and i also had a 45 yrd drive when my puppy hit my arm during my backswing. One to forget!

RUMble rd 7 -9 vs Bogey Bonocore So the stars, sun, moon and thumb all lined up for this Rd seeing as I've got both hands on the wooden spoon . Be about right. Rare bogey free rd as well. Art Vandelay You have GOT to be kidding me sid snott. First, I had to sit and breathe heavily into a paper bag for days on end while thinking about trying to beat bogeyman and his impressive -8 in round 5, and then you just add to my anxiety by casually throwing up a -9 in round 7? You better release your death grip on that wooden spoon, because it looks like I will be wrestling it from your grasp by week's end! Hey, jhandz92....I haven't QUITE thrown in the towel yet, so why don't you go ahead and post a -14 for round 6, eh? Incredible round sid snott! I used to hit those kind of drives with the wireless Xbox controller because my thumb used to slip off now and again that doesn’t happen on the Wolverine. |

With the gauntlet of impossible RUMble scores I need to overcome this week staring me down, I teed off on Designer Showcase and Real Ale last night...and it did not go well. My tempo was way off, my putts were sailing by the hole by 5-10 feet, and I was just all kinds of off. It was a rough night. Happy to come out under par on both, but I feel like I played way worse than these scores show. I better pull my head outta my tuchus if I want to have even a slim chance in RUMble today! inflames47 DS @ Taconic State Park -8. I played lessangster 's ghost all three rounds, and I was barely keeping up before he ran away with it in round 3. Les is throwing some approach darts right now. Great course selection. Loved it, but round 3 was tough!  SkyBlueBen prowse00 I played Wentworth West about as badly in 2k23 as I did in the Trackman the other day....although the 2k23 rendition is much more forgiving in the trees....I am telling you, they were thick forests in the Trackman. It was a guaranteed triple or quad if you found yourself in there. Great course though. I find it very challenging, but enjoyable to hack.  Stay tuned to watch me get humiliated in RUMble!  |

I can’t remember who did the Wentworth course in 21 but this isn’t a ported version of it. This version is PS name Colin Mafia who goes by Albert Marriot on designer listings. Pretty sure it was ported from 21. Apologies if there are inaccuracies, if there are any courses you want to see included though please do let myself of Ben know. |
