Closing Time Farewell 2k21Haven't ever really gotten into TST, but since I've burned out on the regular game figured I would give this a go! Definitely a different way of playing, they should come with a different camera angle for this style, something closer to 35mm so you get a more realistic look at the hole—it's actually pretty close on the 4th camera angle/viewpoint, but maybe just a little more parallel to the ground... That said, for the most part enjoyed these rounds, other than the green reading. Even with that fly around camera it's still impossible to catch some of those last minute swerves, I literally lipped out with hard left/right at the hole 3 times in the first round. Side note: It would be a fun exercise to design a course specifically for TST. Anywho, Rd 1 & 2: +1, -3 Art Vandelay

Art VandelayNot a none return for me this week, I think because it was TST settings I concentrate more rather than playing on automatic pilot. It’s also a good way to level the playing field somewhat across platforms to me. Round 1 -7 Round 2 -1 Round 3 -5

Rd 1 Tough Sh!t Tosser +5 First out on the PS. Was hoping that fransslabak had been given a invite so I could ghost him and see how a master does it , but alas it wasn't to be , so ended up going round hitting Bob. Not too bad to the greens, but on the green, my luck run out. There was a way to lay down on the green and read the green, but have forgotten how to as last time I played tst was early in tgct season 2 Art Vandelay You press down on either right or left stick to get worm cam.. for me it is right as I use left stick to hit of tee My particular putter seems to give me a slightly different angle with left or right breaks and usually I follow it’s lead. I quit using worm cam and other ways since I discovered this. It is weird but it works.

Rd 2 even better than a few of my normal rds . Thanks for the info on the camera view inflames47 , helped a bit , but it was hard to read the greens. Helps if you're close to the hole to make par. Art Vandelay

When you hit your tee shot or drive the camera doesn’t follow the ball. You watch the ball from the tee box. All aids are turned off as well. You can’t use the splash shot unless in the bunkers. I average about +8 a round. It is like real golf with watching the ball from where you hit. You watch the ball in the air and then see it bounce. I just takes a little longer to play.

TST scores for the week. Did OK even though I have never played a mode like this before. Reading the greens without the grids is next to impossible in this game though.

Randy that sounds like USE (Ultra Sim Experience) to me. Use to play it, was never any good and really missed the follow cam (not for scoring better but for game enjoyment) so that is why I dropped it.
