First two rounds for the week.
Having tempo that behaves is a wonderful thing. The only thing I can mention about round 1 is that I missed a 9-foot eagle putt on 17, whereupon I smashed my fist down on the desk, uttered an expletive and my missus screamed and said she'd nearly shat herself.
I struggled round 2, but I'm happy with the overall score. With the way I've been playing, I'd never have dreamt of shooting -18 in a competitive round.

I was sure that PGA 2k was dead in the water, but we just need to wait another year! I am betting this is going to be a pretty big upgrade since it’s a 3-year cycle instead of 2. Fingers crossed!  |

It shouldn't be a year. Their Q4 actually means the last quarter of their working year, meaning January to March or so. If the report is true, then we should only have to wait maybe around three months  |

With 2k releasing Civ 7 in February and WWE in March (no official confirmation of release date for WWE but the last 2 games were early to mid march releases, so presume they will do the same) , I feel that that may release it in either January to avoid the other 2 games, or double up in March with WWE

If the report is true, then we should only have to wait maybe around three months My guess would be at the end of that quarter, in March. That'll be 4 - 4.5 months, which still isn't all that long to wait. If they really do go for a big upgrade then I have some doubt about whether I'll be able to play it, as my PC already feels a bit stretched playing 2K23. So it has crossed my mind that my time may be up once the migration to 2K25 begins, which will make me sad. That said, I find it just as likely if not more so that whatever changes they bring in will be more cosmetic than genuine game improvements. I guess we'll find out in the coming months. |

TBC S11 W1 R2 ‘Muricas at Swampy Loafs  Played this one with my buddy Spenny jg24kl, who coached me in the way of the Zero Par Game.  So good were his techniques that I didn’t record a par until the 13th hole, rendering my scorecard into looking like a series of trying to put square pegs into round holes.  I was also able to stay dry until off the 17th tee when I finally experienced a wet ball.  Fortunately the waters of the bayou are shallow enough that I was able to retrieve the ball and only suffer the angst of a drop penalty without losing my TopFlute ®. Spenny lent me his towel so I could dry it off before my next shot. “Hope it helps, mate”  It didn’t, Art Vandelay WutpaRd 2: E   |

But maybe you are right and we are closer than we think. Hopefully we get a trailer soon. |
