Art VandelayWutpaI love that the Americas Tour has taken us to The Brabazon @ Belfry close to Birmingham - lovely course inspiring to good golf. In round 1 I was fooled by 3 puts from under 10 feet on the back nine with no dots moving miles around but puts fell a full cup for a missed put. Second round was tougher with the wind but all in all a much better effort for the Double D's this week. Go Double D.

Unfortunately I came up a foot or two short on approach several times and got a few drastic roll backs for puts of 50 - 60 feet or rolled off green for a chip. The slightly slower greens than Brabazon was a challenge for me - puts stopping just in front of the hole or just missing by an inch or less. A round of almost.

Apologise Doe for the severe slopes on the greens this week I have calmed them down somewhat since I created that course. At the end of the day it will be the same for everyone even me when I play it. |

Art Vandelay Wutpa Ordinarily Frustrated Taco Rose  Some here know I have and use the taco putter, so the Ordinarily Frustrated Taco reference is about my putting (some good, the rest meh). Rose is the obvious tribute to this Les lessangster offering which I enjoyed immensely. Could not find the slopes Doe referenced, but I agree that the wind (which usually frustrates me) was a fun part of this round. Onwarrrrrd Raiders of Rum!

prowse00 can I post my knockout scorecard such as it is on the discord app as Tapatalk isn’t letting me post images at the minute. Not that it will take much to beat it I thought about putting in a none return. 😡 Edit: things have been that bad for me this last few weeks I’m seriously thinking of withdrawing from the Apple Martini.
