This season’s courses is a designer showcase. The designer we are using is Ryan Fitzgerald rfitzgerald11

For our opening round (starting this Sunday) we are visiting TPC of Iowa, designer notes “ Offers some fun risk - reward shots. Some penalties for missing in the wrong spot so each shot requires some strategic thought.”

Black Screen Omens

I see the knockout announcement and think "do I have play another round this week"

Load up steam, pga and get a black screen and bottom right "unsupported format" message.

dafuq?

Switch inputs and back to pc (I run pc via hdmi into a Marantz Slimline AVR then into tv) and picture is back.

Load into Knockout society and see it doesn't start for 2 days. Thank god, I didn't feel like golf today.

Taking the black screen as an omen to not play golf. Will possibly do an hour or so of D2 though as I'm grinding a brutally long quest for a particular new gun.


Scratching my head about that black screen though, never saw that before.

Oh no 1st round & i get you well good luck to us both,

i only wanted to play 1 round of knockout anyway as have enough to play now with potentially 9 rounds a week now

with brew crew & kinetic

the brew crew actually got me back into playing kinetic as always avoided playing it as didnt think i could compete up there

although i dont play it well most weeks ive surprised myself so far by actually still being there only made the cut this week by the skin of my teeth

wont be looking forward to 3rd round though as heard that round is tough
