Hi, i wouldnt mind joining, if there is space. What settings will you be using? Join the existing Pandora society on your platform of choice and have a look  I cant remember them all off the top of my head, but Pro difficulty.

Rosebowl88Dave, after next week’s event don’t forget you’ll need someone to set up and run a PC Society. I will change the name in order that you can use the Pandora name for the new society.

Pandora Season 12 will begin on 2nd November 2020 and run until 20th December for a 7 week Season. 8 teams hopefully, play each other once.
Week 1 will be a leveller... everyone plays their rounds and from that I formulate teams.
PRO DIFFICULTY
We will then take a break until January 4th for Season 13 which will be extended slightly.
I am assuming that all my current players would like to take part in Season 12 and we'd love to have you all along, but I would also like to increase my player base.
Anyone who would like to join, or indeed take part in Season 12, please let me know on this thread. Your name and gamertag would be brilliant.
We run with a certain set of restrictions and difficulty settings, and if you want to see what they are, join an existing Society (we are cross platform) and have a look if Pandora is a good fit for you.

I have setup a 4 round placement event in the Xbox Society. I am awaiting reply from my PS4 Society admin to confirm all ok there too, and I need a PC admin! I will give full details to these admins by Sunday night for all the courses etc that we will be using in Season 12.
Season 12 will run as follows :
All players play the placement event in their society. This is a 5 day event beginning next Monday 2nd November. Once those 5 days are up, my admin team and I will collate all the scores and I will formulate the teams based on their combined scoring average to try and give a combined team score comparable to every other team. We will then setup the events before Sunday night to ensure we can all begin playing the following Monday. Despite my previous post above, Season 12 will run for an (at the moment) undetermined length of weeks dependent on numbers signing up, as a few have already dropped out. This will probably take us beyond Xmas, but that will be communicated soon.
Rules Everyone plays their rounds in society and the team score is averaged out and your score is compared to your opponents on any given week to determine a winner. Winner gets 10 points, 7 for a draw, 3 for a loss. Controversially, points scored for taking part! We've never done this before but it keeps everyone in the chase. BUT!! There is a caveat. Should you or your partner NOT play and NOT contact myself via PM, you will score 0 for that week. Play and get points, don't play....no points.
Myself and my admin team will keep the scoreboards up to date (A google sheet which will also be linked here) and I will do the weekly write-ups.

I don't plan to be up and running till late November as will have to save pennies to buy game again for PS.
