Why Aristida Dunes and Salt Creek? Is the Platinum scheduler so paranoid of being criticized by the usual grumblers that they now look to pick the most bland and boring and least offensive courses out there? No offense, well I guess that is pretty offensive to those designers but Aristida was created last year and even Pastimes was released I think many months ago in the last game. I just played Salt Creek Tour on Pure Aces and I don’t remember a single hole. Again. We have all these bold, unique and awesome designs being pumped out that I can’t believe none of them can fit the theme for Platinum week in and week out. I go through the completed course thread with a fine tooth comb and also do my own research on courses to schedule in MD. So I am familiar with all that is out there.

Really impressed we made it a whole 1.5 weeks for someone to crap on the Platinum scheduler.

I’m saying the scheduler is probably having panic attacks all week long because of how last season went with the constant criticism of courses being too hard and unfair and other crying crap. I don’t think there have been any criticisms regarding Aristida and I’m guessing there will be none on Salt Creek. Summerlin is what it is. But when I see there are no complaints, something is not right. Complaints mean things are challenging and interesting. No complaints means bland and boring and nothing to talk about. No news is NOT good news as they say.
TL;DR I’m crapping on the usual grumblers for causing the scheduler to overthink and compromise standards by picking bland, non offensive courses out of fear of said grumblers.

If my assumptions are wrong about the scheduler, and they really are in fact scheduling what courses they think should test the best players, then Idk what to say. Because these new courses are amazing. Are the other tours gobbling up these courses? Platinum should get first priority.

Really impressed we made it a whole 1.5 weeks for someone to crap on the Platinum scheduler. we did, however, only make it like 3 posts before somebody crapped on the condition selections last week.

Crack out Nelson Dunes or The Matchbox. That’ll get everyone talking. Can you imagine Nelson Dunes...and all the crying that would go on..That would be a fantastic British Open course with a few tweaks from the designer.

Pretty sure you posted in the designers' section asking for more courses with tiny fairways with heavy treelines just off the fairways to make anyone missing tempo punch out (literally a dead cert for a 'not approved' badge). If the scheduler's taken that opinion and done the polar opposite, it makes sense to me.

When can designers and schedulers start whining and complaining on the forums about certain players?
Asking for a friend.

"Hey guys, just wondering if the scheduler is too paranoid about complaints to do his job? Anyway, here's a detailed complaint."
Perfect.
And I assure you the scheduler DGAF about you or anyone else's complaints.

Interesting fact: Nelson Dunes was not approved.
No disrespect meant to the designer, but I'm going to take that as a pretty good reason to disregard any and all of your opinions on design.

Widening all my fairways and cutting down all my trees as we speak. Making sure you are my top priority. Wouldn't DARE upset you.

Hilarious. We’re now complaining about the lack of complaining. I’ll admit I never saw that coming. 🤣
Platinum scheduler does not care one bit about the complaints or lack of complaints I can assure you of that. In fact I’d be surprised if he even reads the thread to know who’s moaning and who’s not.
But thanks for taking the time to opine. 😉

So now you're literally complaining about not enough people complaining? I can assure you Petty does not care about your opinions, so you can rest safe. I highly doubt he even knows who you are.
