Sitting on the cut-line at -10... could be my second missed cut in a row. Unfortunately I just can't find enough time to be as competitive as I used to be. So I might be venturing down to the lower tiers if I continue this bad scoring. I've found enjoyment in Farming Simulator 19 again so I blame the perpetual harvest!

Even though I won't make the cut, for the most part I played and putted very well. I have a 2 way miss which adds to the frustration. In Rd 1, I made one bogey and a db, in Rd 2, I made a triple on #18, with two water balls, -12 became a -9.

One day maybe I’ll learn to quit while I’m ahead! -9 1st round had me feeling great so went straight into the 2nd and seemingly forgot how to play the game. Sitting at -10 now and anxiously awaiting the cut. What a waste of a good start.

Took me a while to realise it’s okay smashing practice rounds and having a blinder of a first rd. Then thinking it would carry on. Now, if time, work and the missis allows it I try and do at least two practice Rds for each pin placement. Good luck Keep it Culinary. Chef

There’s too many good courses out there to play/ranger plus I’m starting to dabble in design so I stick to a couple practice rounds on the hardest expected conditions as my usual strategy. Thankfully I made the cut and was able to “Keep it Culinary” for rounds of -6 and a new PB -13 and shot up to 15th for the tourney!

Six holes into a practice round and I've decided not to play this week. Acadia is a beautiful course, but some of the design choices are really head-scratching. Like the water that's OB. WTH? Man I wish I rangered this course. The greens are technically legal, but it's like the designer took flat greens and added some bumps, then put all the pins on them. They just feel tricked up to me. And to have default greens be 187. Another poor choice. Especially with where the pins are. I don't have to like every course on tour, and luckily, I can choose not to play a course that will only make me mad.
Sorry if this seems a little negative, but we all have courses that work for us and don't. This one doesn't.

To be fair though.. the 187 greens rounds has the course up a tee and playing super short...

what does greens at 187 mean? It's the fastest possible green speed. For CC tour events, green speeds are normally in the 144-162 range with some exceptions.

Course is tough this week? The scores seem low! I haven't been able to give it a play yet.
