-4 first round. Was -2 early during round 2 and ended up +1 (-3 after 2 rounds). Should hopefully make the cut!
Practice for round 3 is going terrible. +7 first attempt

Just finished my four rounds
R1 -4 R2 E R3 -4 R4 -7 Total -15
Really pleased with my last round, was my first bogey free round in these settings. Just shows with a bit of practice what an average player can do. Here’s to a good season 👍🏻👍🏻

Looks like I need to post a -2 to make the cut in my second round tonight. Encouraged because the majority of my dropped shots in R1 were because of bad 3 putts, but it looks like the vast majority of players have poster higher scores in R2. I wont be able to play next week so it would be nice to at least make the cut this week. Congrats on your good R2 under pressure. I had a higher R2 score like others but luckily squeaked through.

I'm not seeing the weekend this time around except for a round IRL on Sunday, good luck to those who made it. I'll keep working on my tempo and putting in the meantime.

Made it by the skin of my teeth at -1. Went ahead and played R3 as I was in a good groove with tempo and actually got myself to -5 after an eagle at 14, then proceeded to bogey the next three. I have only had one birdie and one eagle on the back nine through three rounds. Sitting at -2 after R3. Not great, but it feels like I'm starting to get some consistency back.

Started off pretty well with 69-69 in the first two rounds, then made the mistake of waiting a few days to play the last two. Got absolutely @!$#ed by the new putting system and ended up going 75-72. Oh well. Back to the drawing board with the putting strategy.

Oh well. Back to the drawing board with the putting strategy. Interesting, my putting has vastly improved since the update. I’m finding I’m not under putting as many, before I’d have 4/5 a round. But I’ve heard others complaining the same thing is happening to them with putting after the update. What putting technique do you use? Personally I pull back very slowly until I feel the rumble and then power through

Finished -2, struggled with putting, but aren't we all!

I did play a practice round on Ayrshire, the next stop on our tour and it is skinny. Almost too much so. Heavy rough is very thick.
It looks nice but if you are struggling to hit it straight, this is gonna be a challenge.

Good news (or a jinx after saying this) is that my issue lies around the greens and putting.

My thought are I would rather be 288 yds down the hole in the rough than 267 yds and still in the rough.

I see double promo marks but not single promo marks. Where is the single promo mark line?
