The 15th is a rascal I go long and play back for a par or like yourself a bunker shot isn’t a bad option.
Love the look of the approach to 14 from the fairway . 10/10

Flops and pitches i struggle with for consistency. They rarely go the distance or aim where I’d like them Just haven’t quite mastered those yet . All in good time 👨🏻🍳⛳️ I'm not the greatest with them either. I usually aim right and play fast if they're short ones, it's more consistent than trying to hit perfect since I can't seem to figure out where it is on flops and splashes. Full pitch shots I'll try for perfects though and have gotten better at it.

Played the second round tonight. I was going along well at -8 until I hit a freaking red slow off the tee on the 17th? (last par 3) and ended up in the water and got double bogey. I think it was the only red slow I hit all round. Could only manage par on the last to finish -6 for -13 overall. It's my best score at halfway so far although I am disappointed with that balls up. Tempo was otherwise great, I hit quite a lot of perfects this round, misses were almost all greys other than deliberate fasts on short pitches and splashes.

Went -2/-4/-11/+1 for -16 this week. Couldn't get much going in round 1, 3 bogey's on the back 9 hurt. Double bogey on 1 and a bogey on 3 to start round 2. Really thought I was going to miss the cut but finished the round strong. Then I couldn't miss anything in round 3, tempo was perfect nearly every shot. I found the water at least 3 times for a disappointing +1 in the final round. Rebounded after the first water ball with 3 birdies in a row, then the second water ball killed any momentum I had and the rest of the round was a struggle.

Have yet to tee off, but man 15 must be playing like a beast in the first two rounds. 40 doubles or worse to only 9 birdies!

Pretty big swing there for a -11 3rd round! Nicely done. I am about to play the 3rd, with 68-68 so far to sit at -6. Hopefully I can match your 3rd round.. geez louise

Third round, first hole. Red-fast.. but held up somehow on the rocks.
Couldn't declare unplayable..hit it and into the water. Then couldn't drop, so had to play from same location. Somehow hacked it back up into play. Then a missed up and down... triple bogey.
Finished -2 with the course offering it up. Highly disappointing 😕

68-66 puts me at -8. Another cut made, but nothing impressive. Double bogey on 15 in R1 because I got greedy, and a really dumb math error in R2 cost me some strokes. Might be able to get in contention for another promo mark if I play well the rest of the way.

Just finished round 4, nothing if not consistent across the tournament for once. Also my best effort for a tournament so far. Tempo was really consistent across the four rounds, putting struggled a bit on the slow greens in the third round but otherwise was pretty good. Final round started with a bogey, then eagle on the second before pars the rest of the front 9. Seven birdies on the back 9 certainly helped things.
-7 -6 -7 -8 -28 total.
The 15th didn't cause me too many issues, birdied it in the second and fourth rounds, par in the third I think, forgot what I did in the first. Pretty happy with my game this week, hopefully can carry it over to next week and maybe improve on it a bit.

Big weekend charge from me with 68-66-60-63 for -27. Currently in 7th place, so it looks like I'll be getting at least my 3rd promo mark and moving up to D next week. R3 was probably one of my cleanest rounds in this game with only 21 putts, 9 birdies and an eagle. R4 was a pretty wild one. Lady luck was definitely on my side multiple times. Most notably here on 16, my tee shot was the only slow I had the entire round, and a little leprechaun threw it back into play for me. I made birdie from there.
Sorry for the terrible quality, but thats what you get with this game. You can see the end result which is the important part.

Looks like I'll move on up to CC-E next week! The course is going to be very low scoring! Hopefully I can replicate this performance

Is it just me or am I so average that I'll never move from CC-E? I thought that I would be placed in a flight against people that are more around my same skill level. I can't compete with the top guys in this flight. lol I don't want it to come easy, but I don't expect to advance (or even get demoted) at the rate I'm going.
