I have an Xbox Series X and I am having the same problems. Regular swing glitches and especially putting glitches have cost me quite strokes. I am afraid to play a tournament not that I am a threat to win a tournament. Can't someone get through to HB Studios to get them to fix this and give us 60fps. Why did I buy the new Xbox if this is what I am going to get from playing the Golf Club 2k21? Us Xbox Series x players need some help here. I've read enough to convince me that HB Studios is working on at least the swing animation glitch... and hopefully a fix that would include a vsync off or 60 Hz option to get us to 60 FPS. I'm fully confident the Series X is capable of driving 2K21 at 60 FPS. What I don't know that we can say for sure yet is whether the problem lies in HB Studios court, or whether the cause of the swing animation glitches are a product of the emulator Microsoft is using in the Series X and S. If that's the case, the impetus would be upon Microsoft to provide the fix.

I captured an example of the putting glitch and a couple of examples of the backswing glitch on Series S and compiled them into one video below. As you can imagine, the putting one brought forth some choice words on my part! Just curious, have you or anyone else sent this video to HB or 2K? This is a perfect example of what we're dealing with. I know 2K always asks for video when you report a bug. Sidebar, but these glitches cost me like 3 or 4 strokes on my TGC rounds this week. I was HOT after my rounds lol. My scores were pretty good but could've been great. I'm definitely complaining a lot in this thread but we're on week 2 and still nothing. Maybe it's on Microsoft and not HB, but someone has to do something, the lack of response to any paying customer is alarming.

Good luck on getting HB to do anything about the problem they’ve shown no interest in sorting out problems on the Xbox since the second game. It’s almost as if they have a problem with Microsoft.....but no that can’t be true, can it.

Just curious Series X and Series S owners who are experiencing the swing animation glitch; have you tried unchecking the "Allow auto low-latency mode" box in the "General Video modes" menu for the console? Just wondering if it would somehow get rid of the sporadic glitches. If it does it would no doubt probably come at the cost of input response time.

As a paying customer, you have a right to complain about something as show stopping as this. I'm at a loss to explain why HB Studios hasn't at least acknowledged that they're aware of this and assured us that they're working on fix. Even if the cause of the problem lies with the XBox One emulator contained within the Series X and S, they should have advised us that they'd passed it along to Microsoft for a fix, if that's the case.

The option is greyed out on my 4k UHD tv and also VRR is greyed out so not able to try this unfortunately. I have an allow YCC4:2:2 but no idea what this is.

1x putting glitch costing me a stroke in each of rounds 1 and 2 for this week's TGC.... annoying!

The "Allow auto low-latency mode" box is grayed out on my options for my XBox One X, as well, but that's because my HDTV doesn't support it. From what I understand, you have to have HDMI 2.1 support for your display to support it. I would leave YCC4:2:2 unchecked unless you're having problems with HDR and/or shimmering when displaying if 4K.

I shall be contacting them and asking for my money back.
This is happening on almost every round of golf now and I am now at the point where I will give up on it.
TGC Tours just now it happened twice in 3 holes .... and it costs you shots when it doesn’t happen too as you are half expecting the glitch.

I have a good feel of putting just by eyeballing my player but I also like to take a practice stroke back until the haptic feedback kicks in so I get a better feel for the speed that I need. I cannot do that anymore on the Series X. It seems like when I do that it increases the chances of the glitch happening. Super frustrating.

Thankfully not having problems with HDR or shimmering so ok I’ll leave as is and thanks for that 👍

I agree even when it does not happen your half expecting it and this in turn can start to mess up your tempo! On putting I’m trying to do a few practice strokes hoping I’ll get the glitch as it does not normally happen again straight after for me. All the same it’s so stupid we’re having to discuss these things and such a great piece of kit the Series X to be fair and we have to struggle like this!

unfortunately until they patch for the series X/S - best to play the rounds on the XB One... My main motivation at the Series X's launch for wanting to buy one was to *possibly* be able to play PGA TOUR 2K21 at 60 FPS, and to benefit from the Series X auto-HDR. We're definitely not seeing 60 FPS (yet), but the auto-HDR seems to be a hit with most 2K21 players on many courses. But when you factor in the crippling swing animation glitch, it's making my wait for an available to buy Series X much easier to take. I'm playing the game on my PC at 60 FPS right now, so I have a means of playing it at the frame rate at which it really should be played in the meanwhile. I continue to lobby for 60 FPS for the Series X because the XBox One and later the X, has been my preferred gaming platform, as most of my gaming friends are on it. Ideally, I want to be playing PGA TOUR 2K21 on an XBox Series X, but only if it somehow is the beneficiary of a vsync altering update to allow it to run at 60 FPS AND the the swing animation glitch is alleviated.

Isn't auto low latency mode just turning on game made automatically which I assume every XBox player turns on anyway. .
