That is unfortunate - you you can TRY to change clubs but they just go back to what you started the tourney with. SAD I understand in the middle of a round but you would think after a round you could change. Guess that technology is not available yet. LOL

Rod, I believe if you advance between rounds, as in 2019, you are forced to use the same club. But if you exit before advancing, a change is permitted.
Naturally, I could be way off base with this thought.

Tried that. Want to go with a longer driver after 2 rounds. I totally redid my bag, went into the 3rd. Saw the wrong driver and tried to change to my new bag. Nope. An event is treated like a round it seems.
My best rounds of the last 60 have been in beer league LOL. I need less 30 foot putts though

I really have no clue now. I got the club I WANTED In round 3 but could not have. It went to the short driver which I didn’t want. In round 4. The one I didn’t have as my default. So...... ?

So it sounds like you started round 3 (went to the first tee and discovered you needed a different club, backed out, and affected the change, went back in, and still saw the incorrect club, yes? Once you step up to the first tee, your clubs are locked in. But since you change your bag BEFORE STARTING THE FOURTH ROUND, the change took effect for that round. This is exactly like 2019. Effectively, once you are standing on the first tee, your round has started, even if you don’t take the first swing. Cheers!

Well . . maybe ??
Example - round 1 used the 285 driver round 2 used the 285 driver round 3 BEFORE I was on the tee I changed to the 265 driver THEN went to the tee and saw no change - still 285 round 4 went to the tee confident with the 285 driver. BUT - it was the 265 driver. LOL
So I'm confused but that is normal
