ill agree that children should probably rank as more important, but for these two weeks id say the tourcard ranks higher in importance than work and bills , being 2 weeks late on your bills wont hurt (usually ) We just had to let a kid go for playing Call of Duty during work hours (and missing meetings because of it), so I'll keep my tee times in the evenings.

A woeful 28 and 25 putts so far in the first two rounds. Fast shhmast. Again. Putting will be the determining factor just like last game. And the more putts you make, the better you hit the ball. But the worse you putt, the worse you hit the ball. BUT hitting it well does NOT make you putt better. Sitting at -12 at the midway point with 29 putts in each round. I stink!

Every few hours I move like 20 spots back toward the 1,450 cutoff with a +3 thru the first two rounds.. Anxiously waiting to see where my 3rd round of +1 (+4 total) puts me on the leaderboard.
I don't know why I put myself through the anxiety when we have 4 whole rounds left. LOL

Does anybody know if you don’t get a tour card are you allowed to play in Beer League each week but at the same time doing the qualifying to try and get on tour and once you do drop out of the Beer League? I’m not being negative and I’ve really not got a chance of making the tour this time around with my not awful round because I’m just not used to Master settings yet but I will grind it out and practise and practise until it finally becomes better.

I don't think we will see scores this high on the Evangelist. The green complexes on many holes leave no room for error. Almost reminds me of Firethorn...you're either perfect or you make par or worse. I could be wrong, but I'm struggling to shoot anything better than -6 to -9 on Evangelist. Heck, there's a 298 yd par 3...and it's a beast of a green complex!!!! My goal is to make it to -20 for my four rounds. Anything better than that will make me VERY happy Agreed. Tough test at Evangelist. I've shot everything from -11 to +10. If that gives you any idea of how much my swing still varies day to day.

There are 1,000 registered players who haven't even started qualifying yet, but I'd guess that the scoring of those yet to start won't be as good as those who've already played. There are some VERY good players who haven't played a stroke yet in the list of "Players yet to tee off" If you're a player on the "bubble"...you're going to drop out of a card spot for example...I'm sitting in a CC-D spot right now after 2 rounds @ +2 I expect +2 to drop to CC-E levels once the 3rd round is posted or even possibly CC-F. Now I did manage to get back under par in round 3 so I could push up a bit but I don't expect to move to far My 4 round total ( -2 ) puts me very close to being on the outside looking in after 4 rounds Where is this players yet to tee off list Jim? Can’t seem to find it on the new site.

No - qualifying or beer league - can't do both same week.

Doyley SmilingGoats - will we be getting a “Players yet to tee off” table on the boards this year? I notice it’s missing from TST, however due to the scale I can see why may be missing from Q-school.

I played my round two after a bunch of rather pitiful practice rounds at Whiskey, so I was not expecting much, just hoping to not lose ground. I had five pars, nine birdies and four bogies for a -5, and two of the bogies were from 3-jacking from under eight feet for birdie (all my fault, both hit too firmly). Anyhow I am extremely happy to be sitting where I am at -16; I need to get as low as possible on this course since I have sukked every time I have played Evangelist.

I don't care if you fall into the CCG. Last week i was doing -32 around. Very angry. I finished the first four laps of this tournament with -8. Evangelist will be difficult, but I begin to see possibilities for improvement. I'm playing for perfect and hitting 20% (or less). On the other hand, Start shooting fast regularly (90%) when I wish. I've come in a lot of bird greens, but I'm putting it wrong. Still nourishing esto learn and return to the PGA.

Those typically drop off after the R2 cuts - it's likely the same logic is in play on the Q leaderboard even though there is no cut.. So players can still play - we just don't have the list of those that haven't tee'd it up yet..

Can you see a leaderboard/Scores/players yet to tee off before you post a score? On the website, all I see is that I am registered, no leaderboard (I haven't played my rounds yet. Got to get that practice in!)
