Had a good start at -5 but then the wheels fell off in round two and went +6. Tough conditions in round 3 and posted a 74, so +3 overall through 3 rounds. I wish the game knew the damn drop rules! Ugh got screwed twice on the 14th hole losing stroke and distance, ended up making a 9

I was +4 going into round 3. Round 3 was a rollercoaster of me going birdie/bogie/birdie/double bogey the whole round. Managed to get an eagle on 18 though. Finished the event at -2. Overall, I'm happy I shot under par for the event. Kinda disappointed because I had been practicing on Whiskey Dunes all week and usually finish -5 or -6. This was my first tgctours qualifier so I definitely got the yips in rd1 and 2. right there with ya at -2...also right there with ya on what you have been scoring in practice. Next week I think its gonna be hang on for dear life and damage control 101. I started +4 after 3 holes in round 1 and I thought I was done. So I guess I can take a positive out of it that I didn't balloon after such a bad start. I definitely know I can play much much better though

I ended up tied with Tyler at -43. I didn’t really have great tempo to hit it close but it was probably the best I have putted the long ones Since the game came out.

ESTIMATE CUT LINES FOR EACH TOUR Throwing up a sheet for those too lazy to look through the entire leaderboard. (currently 681 have finished R1) docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cHkclPkND6GPamK3W6ptrJdn7oa6gnotacO-_DaNjn0/edit?usp=sharingThis sheet will list the estimated cut line for each Tour and be updated periodically. Save as bookmark for the next 2 weeks. For estimates only, not official. I usually do a sheet like this for the promotion events and it's been helpful/popular for the most part. Maybe at the end of each day I will post the estimate cuts for the extremely lazy, but otherwise the sheet will be updated 3-4 times a day until qualifying is completed end of next week. Scores will change frequently as only 30% of registrants have posted R1 scores.

Is the CC-A cut line at +11 a projection for what you'll need to score by the end of R4 at Whiskey or by end of all qualifying?

So many lip outs in R1 & R2 it was ridiculous. Putted horribly. -6 -5 -9 -10 to be sitting at -30. Should have been way better but not a disaster. On to next week...

I've been hovering right around Par in all of my practice rounds.. My goal at Whiskey was -10 for all four rounds and that is where I ended up.. -3, -2, -2, -3... I just couldn't get anything very close to the pin except for one eagle and my putting was not very good.. I managed to get by all four rounds with only one bad whole.. I hit a t-shot in Gdogs Bay gdog and took a double bogey... I love how the designer made that hole so the ball bounces around from hill to hill going down the cliff leaving you hope that it just might stay dry but plop... right into the drink.. Every time.. Good luck to everyone !!!

I don't think I have ever taken so many practice swings during my rounds just to try and get some rhythm. After my +6 in R1, I managed to play closer to my target and went E, -2, E to finish +4 to be 32nd out of 57 on XB1 at time of posting. I'm not sure if it's fun but you certainly have to concentrate to score well. I think once Q-school is out of the way and we are matched up with similar standards, this will be more enjoyable. I'd totally agree with the assertion that you have to concentrate this time around. In 2019, I'd have the TV on next to me, watch streamers on my second monitor, etc. This time around, no TV, no streamers. Just 2K21 and some chill music on Pandora. I don't even have the game commentary on for competitive rounds.

-14 after my four. I'm delighted, I was just hoping to shoot even par. As a newbie I'm still getting used to the settings but even though I can see some improvement in my future I'm never going to touch those top scores.
Any guesses as to where -14 would put me tour-wise? I realise there are still 4 rounds to go, but assuming I score somewhere equivalent...

Finally it's over..well First event. Talk about being nervous. All I wanted to do was have no blow up holes and hopefully finish under par for the event. By round 3 I was 9? under for the 3 rounds. Then round 4 happened. Totally blew up any chance I had but still satisfied. Came in -5 for the rounds. Nearly had my 1'st 2K Albatross (and the same on a par 3, came real close to a hole in one) Tap in Eagle final hole of event

Round 2. E - went out in 40, I believe, and then birdied 10 thru 14 get to -6. A late bogie brought me back to -5. Round 3. +5 - Lost my swing a bit and seemed to end up on the wrong side of every green/slope. Very unforgiving round. Round 4. -3 - Struggled with putting and distance control, but managed to grind out a -3 round.
-3 for the event. Hopefully that keeps me in the mix for a card.

Well then, R1 -9 on xbox. Off to a brilliant start, probably my best round to date. Exactly the time to do it lol.
Also a bogie free round. My aim was Kinetic so that gives me a nice starting point.

Looking at some of the early scores people are reporting...there are going to be some really good players in CC
