Everyone who used the flick swing technique is getting left in the dust until they learn to not use a full backswing I guess. I'm getting it sometimes but I'm not consistent enough yet to not DB a bunch of holes in a round.

How will API work this season. Same as PGA last season or tweaked a bit? Will flicking still be an issue, with a full line feedback & fast swing I doubt many will realise they're flicking? I was to start out & had to change it... Are you talking about the Fair Play Policy? We are removing the PGA only metric we introduced last season - it's no longer needed. The rest of the Fair Play Policy remains intact.

I will NEVER be able to qualify for a tournament in CC this season unless at least the putting meter is turned back on. Thing of people that do things visually a bit please. TGCT tour settings have been posted - we won't be adding tours or changing settings at this time.

If all tours are full and you are in the qualy pool and play decent enough to get a card, what happens? You'll be put on tour - It'll be on me to limit the amount of cards available if the tours are full. There's always a constant drop off - so we'll look to keep the numbers as balanced as possible.

Is there a plan to change the name of the Pro-Am Tour to just Pro Tour? I think most are going to associate the name with the swing difficulty. No because we refer to the top 3 tours as our Pro Tours constantly. So people will just have to realize that our ProAm tours is a name, and not reflective of the swing difficulty setting - initially that was the intention, but it became apparent that the majority wanted to use the Pro swing difficulty. If it's an issue we'll just change the name to something completely different but I think most will be fine figuring it out.

Unsure if this is the place to ask, but what sort of discussions, if any, are there about potential use of legend swing difficulty? Asking because many top level guys are already getting to -30 or better pretty easily on the exhibition events and many that aren't there are having extremely low rounds, so part of me feels like the Platinum level may consistently get extremely low scores sooner rather than later.

Not in the plans - priority is to have a constant difficulty level across the main tours. Not too concerned about the scores I'm seeing on Platinum either.

You don't think you can score better that +100 after 8 rounds total? Hit the practice green with the meter off and get a feel for how the putter motion works - you can visually see how far back the putter is gong for the various lengths. I wish you good luck!

Just so I am clear, when one tour event stops the next one starts? At 0400 UTC, the same time as has been used in 2K19?

The cut line last week was incredibly high so at least the days of -20 cut lines seem over. Where my concern comes from is that there has so far been a much larger skill gap within the platinum tour itself than before (which was already pretty large in 19), but I suppose any worry for now is projecting far into the future. Can't wait for the 20th, thanks for the hard work.

A (potentially dumb) question here. The society in which a person plays sets all the criteria (swing level, any other aids, etc), correct? In other words, regardless of the setting I have for myself on the "home page", they are overridden by the setting set in the society?
Just want to make sure in case I inadvertently have the wrong settings on my homepage and dont want to disqualify myself from the competition.
Thanks!

I don’t play with any vibration setting. I’m guessing as it’s an individual setting it can’t be set on or off for Tour rounds? It may be an advantage having it on for some long putts but just wondered where we stand with the vibration setting?
Great work setting all this up guys 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Correct - the society will override your settings.

Can people be demoted out of CC level 7 and lose their cards to CC?
