Hi there - I am brand new to the site/tour. Extremely excited about trying to qualify, however I am a bit confused on how that all works. From what I understand, the Q-School Tour is still being set up for 2K21, correct? Absolutely fine if it is (I can use the practice time!), but I just want to make sure I am on the right path and have not missed anything. When I click that "here" link to schedule a qualifying, no events populate. Again, I believe that is simply because we are just starting out on 2K21 and waiting for things to ramp up. Just do not want to miss out!
If anyone can help me understand a bit on the process I would appreciate it!

Right - the new season (7) will have EVERYONE participate in Q-School to determine what tours they qualify for - this is typical when a new game comes out - we did the same for Season 5 when 2019 initially came out. As long as you're registered on TGCTours.com - you would automatically get 'registered' for the Q-School event when it gets setup. Doyley can confirm the above - but I think you're good as long as you've registered your account..

Most likely correct - will just have to confirm with Tim that we'll register all active accounts to keep it simple.

I’ve logged in here lots but only on TGC to port my courses for admission, will that have kept my account active for registration please? Doyley

Active account on the main site most likely, not the forum Pat. Just go log in there, and I'd think you are good to go (providing all details haven't changed (eg gamertag / platform etc)

Newbie question - how do I register for the Exhibition Events. Suspect I will be playing in the ProAm (Pro?) tour for a while still, but can't seem to figure registration out (lists as closed in the Kinetic tour and don't know when it was open).
Thanks!

Just play in the relevant in-game societies
Make sure you are registered on the main TGC Tours website (which is different from registering from this forum)

Thanks, that is easy! Time to go embarrass myself, but the only way to get better is play.

Is there any restrictions on clubs used for the Events? I know we use master difficulty, but is the past it was beginner clubs, pro clubs, etc. Not finding that as an option anymore since you "purchase" your clubs with different attributes. but the difficulty is all in the settings

As you said yourself, difficulty is based exclusively on settings.

For the regular qualifying each week four rounds how many will gain entry into CC-L? Will it depend on something in CC-L? Can you get demoted from the tour back into qualifying or how does it work exactly please?

Admin hasn't given the specific details to your other questions. Doyley mentioned that would be laid out later on in the week.

I just now saw this. I didn't see it when I posted my question in the clubhouse. I guess since I've been in CC-G and Z for as long as I can remember here, I've never even paid attention to this section. my bad!
